This week: On Thursday, attorney Sidney Powell carefully and methodically laid out the basics to their evidence against the Dominion voting machines. Machines that were purchased in swing states whose governors or secretary of states were able to pocket income from the contracts their state signed with Dominion. And that was just the opening salvos at the Giuliani press conference.

But what must have been troubling for Dominion is the shear volume of evidence Sidney Powell is pulling together to go after them. And she is clear, she’ll be proving her case in court in the next two weeks.
Biden’s margin of victory in this batch of votes (99.9%) bested Bashar al-Assad’s 2007 margin (97.6%) and Raul Castro’s 2008 margin (99.4%). It matched Kim Jong-il’s 2009 margin (99.9%).
Then Friday morning Rush Limbaugh reports that Dominion was a no show for the Pennsylvanian State House hearing on Friday morning. And Rush said that nobody seemed to know where they were with their offices vacated and shuttered. Poof. Dominion has disappeared.
In a separate action Rudy Giuliani, attorney for the campaign, laid out his evidence for the ballot fraud in Michigan and Pennsylvania. It too highly devastating to the states’ ballot fraud from those wanting to get Biden into office.
The Media’s Response
And with all these pieces in motion, the mainstream media seems only to be reporting on their fantasies and beliefs, not on the news. We once again hear their “move along, nothing here to see” mantra as they dismiss any of Trump’s legal team deliverables, as anything other than inaccurate, and with no proof behind their allegations.

Observers were prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened
Unequal application of the law in Democratic PA counties: absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not
Voters arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them
Election officials were told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots
Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were run several times through machines.
Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
There were “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems.

The 2020 Election Secret Weapon: Down Ballot Races
Yes, the presidential race is incredibly important. (Vote Trump!) But that’s just the start of it. For too many voters, the down ballot races get overlooked. And, shockingly, a lot of them are left empty. The “down ballot” races are just that: races further down the ballot from the top spot.
In most elections, the presidential race gets by far the most votes. Usually, there is a 20% drop off in participation from the number of votes for president to the number of votes for the next race—often a U.S. Senator. From there, the next down ballot race drops another 20% of participation. And on and on it goes until there’s only a trickle of participation for the lesser-known races, like judges, city/county races, and area races like water boards and school boards.
Why Down Ballot Races are So Critical
There are a couple reasons why down ballot races are so critical. First, because so many people don’t vote in the down ballots, your vote effectively has more weight. That means your vote has more weight. Because your neighbor is ignoring or forgetting to vote those down ballot races, you get to have more say.
Second, down ballot races are important because of the very nature of our system. Yes, the presidential race is critical. (Vote Trump!) As is the governor’s race when it happens. But while people at the top—the President or governor—control the agenda because they have the executive power, it’s the people down ballot races who control the people at the top. Or should.
Here in Oregon, it’s not that the legislature couldn’t have acted to take away Gov Brown’s emergency powers. It’s that the democrat-controlled legislature refused to take away her emergency dictator powers. Flip the house to Republican control. Flip the senate. And suddenly democrat dictator Kate has her endless powers taken away and reined in.
Red vs Blue. Does it really matter?
People sometimes say, “It doesn’t matter who’s in charge. Both parties are equally bad.”
Newsome’s Thanksgiving Mandates
Really? Let’s look at red states vs blue states. Red states have unemployment 62% lower than blue states. In most red states they have lower covid cases than blue states. Lower hospitalization rates. more freedoms and more economic freedom. And on and on. (See more ways Red states are beating Blue states at Just the News.)
If they’re equally bad, why are Red states doing so much better? If they’re equally bad, why is there more freedom in Red states. And why do their people have so much more hope for the future?
If there’s no difference, why is it in California, the king of blue states, Democrat Gov Newsome is trying his best to make Thanksgiving — a day of joy and gratitude and giving thanks — into a day of misery by micromanaging it to death. No more than 3 households. Must be outdoors. Report who’s came. No singing.
So, yes! Yes, it really does matter. There is a tremendous difference between the parties. And right now it comes down to hope and joy and love and embrace of life on the Republican side. While on the Democrat side, it’s fear and doom and life horrible and there’s no point to it.
Vote Red to Save America
Each election is about giving someone control over your life. At the end of it, somoene will have legal control over your life and business. You have a say. And this year, don’t waste it by giving even more control to people who want to control you.
Whether you’re a Democrat, a Republican, Independent, or unaffiliated, we urge you to vote Republican this year. Vote Red in every race, every down ballot race. Because the Democrat Party has made it clear they want socialism. And people who want more power over you, need to have it taken from them.

This Week: We’ve heard many times that, had Hillary actually won, we would never have learned any of what the FBI did. About Obama weaponizing the FBI against his enemies. Or about Obama attempting to knock out candidate Trump and sabotage his presidency if he won. (The infamous “insurance policy.”) But now the question is what will happen if Trump doesn’t win his second term?
We’re in the middle of experiencing some of that possible reality as far-left governors storm our states rights and target churches and gun rights. And the media works overtime to lie, and spin, and make any positive a negative, and any negative Trump’s fault.
But what about the evidence that has been uncovered demonstrating the complete breakdown of legal processes that was supposed to protect us and our constitutional rights?
Rod Rosenstein Hearing
On Wednesday we saw the Ron Rosenstein hearing, and heard the bald face lies he told now compared to a year or two ago, because of what we have found out since. In part due to investigative journalists who never gave up in pursuit of the truth.
Enter award-winning investigative journalist, John Solomon. Mr. Solomon gives us the insights to measure what Rosenstein said, as we watched him—a person in the hierarchy of the FBI and DOJ—testify that he was not responsible for anything. Anything. We have to wonder, based on his testimony, what did this man do when he was on the job? Because according to him, he did nothing but count his fingers while chaos and colleagues, undermining the rule of law, surrounded him. Rod Rosenstein threw the entire FBI under the bus. He said he had responsibility, but he was not responsible. Huh?
What was also encouraging at Wednesday’s hearing is that we saw that the Democrats have nothing. They were still trying to trot out the Russian collusion theory when it’s been proven as a factual lie. At a hearing that was about the origins of the Russia collusion hoax.

This Week: On last week’s “best of” show with Scott McEwen, we discussed whether the corona virus was one of, if not the biggest, intelligence failures of all times. How did our intel community so badly missed what was happening in China? And even the mainstream media is waking up to the question, “Did China lie about what was happening?” And the questions about China are only just beginning.
So this week we are taking a deeper look at China as well as the U.S. and the world’s response to the “tyranny of experts.”
China Lied? Or something Else?
You have to wonder how the virus broke out of China and was spread worldwide when so many countries watch for those types of viral, biomedical attacks. Was it by accident? Or was there something much more nefarious?
If you remember when Trump first took office in 2016, even some senators were actually telling the intelligence community, “Don’t give Trump the full intelligence reports.” Given that, is it possible in 2020 some inside the intelligence community weren’t forthcoming about what was really happening inside China? Were there still deep state operatives who kept the truth from Trump on the corona virus as a set up to make him look bad? Even shutting down one of the most successful economies of all time?
But putting aside the maybe-they-did-maybe-they-didn’t, how is that one computer model, loaded with only guesswork from an rather small university in London manage to shut down the world so fast? Global warming enthusiast and supporters are most likely licking their lips as they see their dream come true—rule by mathematical modelling. But what does it prove? That if outcomes are scary enough people will adhere?
A Peek Over The Wall: China’s Perceptions of Itself and the West
We explore all those questions this week with geopolitical expert, Dr. Tim Ball. We usually have him on to talk Global Warming but this week, we tap into another of his areas of expertise. (Did you know Dr. Ball served in the military and had a top-secret security clearance?) We look at what the communist regime, their strategy, and the Chinese culture and history reveal about their truthfulness.
How China truly looks at the west, combined with how the West looks at China, makes for dynamic ripe for exploitation. We take a good, long look at China and examine how it’s unique geography and communist rule creates the perfect storm for a worldwide problem.
And we haven’t heard the end of “China lied.” Not by a long shot. Instead, things are only going to heat up. On Thursday, news began to break about federal investigators looking into some odd travel patterns by Chinese nationals in the early days of the Wuhan virus. Stay tuned for more on that in the coming weeks.
The Tyranny of Experts
Fauci is a quintessential scientist, invaluable for his expertise in one area, but a constitutional dunce, a political dunce, an economic dunce. We should no more take his counsel on those matters than we should ask a top-flight lawyer or economist to develop a vaccine
Also, we look at how we’re now in an era of governing by computer models that can “prove” anything they want. And enslave societies to whatever the latest “scientific model” puts out. Did we miss the part where we entered The Matrix…?
And when it comes closer to home, not to mention our future, what will things look like on the other side of the virus scare? Clearly, going forward, we need more opinions and data than from just one source. But how do you fight the argument, “If we hadn’t done ______”? We talk with Dr. Ball to look at the impact of the few examples of “What might have happened” and how we can apply those to the U.S. and right here in Oregon.
Especially for next time. Because this new situation has many unintended consequences. And we need to think it through, thoroughly, so that we can be prepared for the next time a pandemic occurs.

This Week: It’s dicey in the US, no two ways to about it. And it’s hard to know what or whom to trust. Like recent reports came to light that the small group scientists behind the much-vaunted study—that the White House and governments all around the world relied on to make drastic, economy-altering decisions that they did—may have drastically overstated the numbers.
Corona Virus Numbers: Were they Way off?
British scientist Neil Ferguson, using a computer model, had predicted 2.2 million Americans and more than half a million Brits would be killed. Now he and his team are backtracking on their modeling numbers.
During testimony to the U.K’s parliament, he now predicts U.K. deaths from the disease will not exceed 20,000, and could be much lower. That means, their initial estimates were 25 times higher than they should have been.
This comes as Dr. Deborah Birx, the White House coronavirus response coordinator, reportedly said the administration was particularly focused on his report. The doctor now has walked back those predictions and clearly stated that the actual numbers of those infected by the virus do not match the computer models (because they’re much lower).
Corona Virus Bailout Passes
The economic and public health policies we’re seeing enacted now have been based recommendations from advisers who used those overstated numbers, which has shut the American economy down.

As the stocks tanked, Trump has pushed back with a stimulus package to get cash into the hands of American workers who have been laid off. Or have lost their jobs. Small businesses will have loans and grants available to keep them afloat as Trump pushes to get new policies in place for Americans to go back to work.

This Week: As much of America starts slowing down, self-quarantining, or through social distancing, we’ve had to rely on the very media that many have wondered if they will ever be truthful, as we assess our way through this challenge. Difficult times for sure.
Challenges that we never imagined a few weeks ago, after a big win to stop Oregon’s cap and trade bill. Only to end up faced with corona virus, which many states’ governors have used to shut down the economy in their states.
To get a handle on these issues we talk to two people: attorney, James Hirsen, who specializes in media psychology, and Timber Unity’s spokesperson, and small business owner, Angelita Sanchez.
Media’s Corona Virus Panic-Mongering

First up is James Hirsen, offering his insights on the media’s irresponsibility on their reporting—or misreporting. And what a shame that truly is. President Trump fights to correct problems that Americans are facing—while having to fight off both media and Democrats attacks every step of the way. Apparently, the constant fight the last three years has given him the experience he needed to deal with Corona Virus.
It’s bad enough when the media lies or pushes outright hoaxes, but its perhaps even worse when many times the good news from the president, goes completely unreported. Instead the, media spends their energy sensationalizing the news, the very information we try to depend on to try to make good decisions for our businesses and families.

Timber Unity: How are Truckers Dealing with Corona Virus?
Then up next, Angelita Sanchez who takes a more personalized approach as she helps us to understand what our nation’s truckers are experiencing; many of whom are small-businesses owners.
Tune in to hear what this vital industry is faced with, as vendors they depend on for work are shut down by government. She not only gives us insights into the big challenges, and her own personal struggles. Angelita was fortunate enough to join a select number of small business owners for a group telephone call with the President and White House staff to hear how he’s going to help keep small businesses whole. The aid package includes cash help and some loans for disaster help. She says it gave her hope. What she shares will give you hope too.

This Week: There’s been a huge selloff on the stock market this past week due in large part over panic and concern about the Corona virus. How is it that, with little data, and over 70,000 people who have already recovered, people, governments, and financial markets are responding with borderline hysteria?
As our host, Mark Anderson, has so aptly quoted many times during the financial hysteria, is the line from It’s a Wonderful Life. It’s where there’s a run on the local savings and loan with all the town folk panicking when Jimmy Stewart’s character, George Baily says, “Potter isn’t selling. Potter’s buying!”
Potters, or their modern-day equivalents like George Soros—are always happy to take advantage of hysteria in the markets.
Don’t give in to it.
Corona Virus Panic and the Stock Markets
It’s amazing. To watch Twitter or Facebook, it’s almost as if people want to panic. They spread hysterical news coverage. But don’t want to hear good news. And actual good news is lost in the maelstrom of panic.
For example, here’s some good news you didn’t hear in the mainstream media: there is already a vaccine for the Corona Virus. Yes. Earlier this week, we got word that a Pentagon-funded company already has the vaccine, will be ready to go as soon as the FDA approves, and can make up to 10 million doses daily in their plant alone. And, the really amazing thing is that they managed to develop it a mere 20 days after receiving the virus’s genetic sequence. This isn’t some incredible virus that will wipe us out if they can develop a vaccine in only 20 days. (Here, read the story for yourself.) And what’s been the response? Nothing, but more panic.
And, of course, there’s been no place more prone to Corona Virus panic than the stock markets.

When it comes to the Corona Virus, it’s Simple: Don’t Panic
Worried about CoronaVirus? Don’t be. It’s okay to be concerned, but don’t fall into worry. And definitely don’t give in to panic.
That said, while you may not be panicked, be aware that others may be panicked. Here’s some things to do:

Wash your hands! We can’t stress this enough. Simple hot water and soap kill the Corona Virus. Alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer is great but there’s a reason. Here’s why: Hot water and soap It turns out viruses like Covid19 have a “skin” of fat. The first thing to do is: not panic. But if you think you might have COVID19, here are some signs and symptoms:
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), symptoms of common human Corona viruses are:
runny nose, sore throat, headache, fever, cough, and a general feeling of being unwell.
Human Corona viruses can sometimes cause lower-respiratory tract illnesses, such as pneumonia or bronchitis. These symptoms are more common in people with cardiopulmonary disease, people with weakened immune systems, infants, and older adults.
Some other Corona Virus / COVID19 tips from the CDC and Johns Hopkins:
Stock up – Have 14 days of food and supplies on hand in case you’re quarantined. You may not be sick. Your family may not be sick. But some panic-stricken politicians, desperate to show they’re doing something are shutting down some areas. And 14 days is the norm.
Did we mention wash your hands and face with hot water and soap? Heat and good ol’ soap dissolves the fatty “skin” of the virus.
Avoid crowds; practice “social distancing”. Maybe if you’re a church leader, now is a good time to put a live stream on your church website so people can still attend, even if they’re not in the building. It could be a real opportunity to expand your audience and your reach.
Always look for opportunities!

We want to warn you. in the next couple of weeks, you will see another round of media-induced panic. Why? As more Corona Virus test kits hit the market, 1,000s or 10s of 1,000s of people will all “suddenly” have the virus. Just like that.

This Week: Politics isn’t easy and sometimes causes people to become warriors when they would rather be negotiators. But in Oregon’s case, it is impossible to negotiate with the Oregon Democrat super-majority which has decided Republicans have no rights. To object, complain, or offer suggestions.
Oregon Democrats: Full-Blown Socialism
The reality is, elected Democrats don’t want Republican input. They just want Republican bodies in the House or Senate so the Oregon Democrats can pass whatever they want.
So the Republicans, unwelcome and unnecessary (other than being a warm body) have taken the only step left to them: to walk out and deny Democrats a quorum.
Now, in return, Oregon Democrats have taken the extreme step to issue subpoenas to demand that Republicans return.
Oregon Republicans Doing their Job
Democrats are now trying to claim Republicans aren’t “doing their job.” But Republicans are doing their job. Because they were elected to represent their constituents, who are opposed to cap and trade. It is not the Republican’s job to let Democrats pass whatever they want.
The rights the minority party, Oregon’s Republicans, are exercising is to use any legal means possible, to stay true to their oath in office to stand up for their constituents. It is the Republicans’ job to represent those who vote them in—and protect them against a Democrat agenda that will change Oregon for decades.
This is what the tyranny of the majority looks like. Imagine the damage they will do if they get any more power. It must stop.
The ORP: Oregon Republican Party
That’s why our show this week is so very important with so much at stake. This week our guest is Kevin Hoar, Communications Director of the ORP. The show comes on the heels of Thursday night’s vote for the House Democrats to issue subpoenas’ to drag the House Republicans back to session.
And the elected Oregon Democrats repeatedly demonstrated in this session they cannot be trusted with power. Republicans need to remove them from office.
It’s time to come forward, step up, and get involved. It’s not enough to just be a part of Timber Unity. So it’s time to gear up and take action. There is only one party now that is standing up for rural Oregonians. There is only one party standing up for everyday Oregonians. Or for Oregonians’ businesses. And it’s most definitely not the Democrats.
Fight Back. Get Involved
It is time to end one-party rule in Oregon. To do that, Republicans need to take back at least enough seats to break the super-majority. Even better, take back at least one of the chambers, perhaps even both. And you can help.
We’ll introduce you to the Oregon Republican Party, what they do. We talk about how to get involved. How you can get involved in campaigns, support the Republican efforts. Or even run for office yourself. And we also talk about some of what’s going on in the background, of Democrats actions, that is going under reported.
Because this is the year for people to get engaged. And fight back and stand up against the Democrat agenda of socialism and tyranny as they try to politically strangle good people into saying nothing.
