Summary: March 8, 2022, the filing deadline, ended with multiple legislative races in Oregon with no candidates—ten seats in total (4 seats with no Republican candidate; six with no democrat candidates). These uncontested seats were an opportunity for conservative candidates who could potentially have advanced to the general election simply by registering to run in the primary.
Take Action Briefing
What: Oregon needs good conservatives to run for office. The list below shows open seats with no current candidate. Who: All conservative Oregonians. Republicans and democrats. (NAVs don’t have primaries.) How: Take action right now register with the state of Oregon for one of the seats that currently have no candidates. When: Now, now, now! You must register for office by Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 5 p.m. Why: If there are no other primary candidates for your political party, you will advance to the general election. In a year that should be good for conservatives up and down the ballot, way too many of these possible legislative seats have no candidates at. Do you really want to just give up a seat to the crazy Left? In New Jersey, some seats were won by conservatives in the general election spending less than $2,500. Oregon is struggling and they need your help!

No Democrats running in HDs 4 & 9 (SW Oregon), 17 Linn/Marion), 57 (Central OR), and 58 & 60 (E & SE Oregon)
SD 4 ended with no Republican in the race against a well-established incumbent
Pretty much all of Oregon’s state house and senate districts have been changed. So if you’re not sure, double-check which Oregon district you live in. (Search field in upper right-hand corner.)
Take Action! Register to Run for Office in Oregon!
Check the list of uncontested seats, above (latest version updated March 5, 2022, 11:50 am)
Get the SEL-101 form and the filing fee ($25 for state house/senate) to your county clerk’s office before 5 p.m., Tuesday March 8th, 2022. Find your county officials.
If you’re not unable to run, consider at least becoming a PCP. See below.
Don’t wait! This is a prime opportunity for conservatives, republican and democrat, to step and stop the far-left insanity Oregon is lurching toward.
Once elected, you become a member of the county party, which allows you to vote on issues, for officers, who in turn vote for state and federal offices.

What do Covid, Prisons, & the Elliott Forest have in Common?
Show Summary: This week, it’s a roundup of some craziness around Oregon. The continuing boondoggle that is the Elliott Forest. Governor Kate Brown(shirt) seizing power by changing legislation. Using covid to releasing prisoners, closing prisons — and giving one of them to OSU. A prison that just happens to be right on the edge of the Elliott.

This week, it’s a roundup of some craziness around Oregon. The continuing boondoggle that is the Elliott Forest as, once again, Oregon tries to divest itself of a billion-dollar asset that, by law, is supposed to generate income for the state school funds. But they’d rather stare at trees. (Literally!)
Be sure to listen to the bloviating answer to Bob Zybach’s question during OSU’s Q&A
And we talk with fan-favorite, Chuck Wiese, to give us his punditry about the emptying of prisons, one of which was given back to the federal government — but now Oregon wants to lease one of them (which just happens to be right on the edge of the Elliott) back from the feds and put those men-who-stare-at-trees in it. WHAT is going on.

Brown announced she was using her clemency powers to let those inmates benefit from Oregon Senate Bill 1008, which passed in 2019 and reforms the juvenile justice system. AG Perlow said, the Governor’s priority is offenders of crimes, many of them violent, and ensuring they have a ‘meaningful opportunity to be released’ before they complete their duly secured criminal sentences,” she said in a statement about the legal petition. “Victims of crime, and all other Oregonians, deserve the enforcement of their rights. It is essential that all Oregonians, including public officials, adhere to the rule of law.
If Gov. Kate Brown’s clemency powers remain unchallenged, it could mean the release of violent offenders, including a man who stabbed his grandmother to death, another who killed a woman with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and then burned her body beneath a bridge, and a then-17-year-old who shot his older brother three times in the head.

Government IS the Problem – Especially When it Creates the Problems
Show Summary: We all know the Reagan saying: “government isn’t the solution to the problem. Government is the problem.” But it’s worse than that. Because big government has learned there’s lots of money to be made for their political allies by causing the problems.

Original Air Dates: November 13th & 14th, 2021 | Guests: Dr. Lt. Col. Jim Huggins & Chuck Wiese
This week: it’s true: “Government isn’t the solution to the problem, government IS the problem.”
Except in modern-day governance it’s far more than incompetence or inefficiency. Because in modern governance, Big Government has learned there is an awful lot of money to be made for their political allies by creating problems.
Fixing Government: Dr. Lt. Col. Jim Huggins Runs for Governor
This week we welcome first-time guest, Dr. Lt. Col. Jim Huggins to the show. He is running for the Republican candidate for Oregon governor and he has some solutions to the problem of government.
Tune in to hear more about Jim’s unique and varied background. A start in the military, rising to Lt. Colonel in the US Air Force, a move to the private sector and business start ups, academics (not one but two doctorates), teaching, and a career in the entertainment industry by starting his own film production company.
Like many of us, Jim watched in shock and disgust as Left wing activists and mobs burned and looted Portland for 100+ nights while Left wing politicians not only did nothing but praised them. Even dropped charges.
Jim also shares with us what he sees as the major issues and how he would address them. But also, how would he, a non-politician, handle the political and bureaucratic minefield. The same minefield that tripped up President Trump who was constantly sabotaged and undermined by the establishment class.
Big Government Creating Problems
In this week’s show, you’ll hear how government is quite literally creating problems out of thin air. Global Warming. This week, we also talk with Chuck Wiese about the never ending global warming scam, which will apparently only be solved by spending money.
As mentioned: NASA and NOAA temperature tampering documents can be found below, in the Links Section
But we also touch on the origins of the global warming hoax, which, if tried in any other industry sector, would have landed those who’d done it in jail. As Chuck reminds us, NASA and NOAA changed the temperature data to make the past look cooler than it was. By doing so, it artificially make the present (and future) look warmer than it really is.
We wanted to have Chuck on because a “super-important, this time the world really will end if we don’t do something” study showed Global Warming is going to lead to more forest fires.
Hey, Sherlock. If you really believe Global Warming is causing forests to be drier, you should have listened to us decades ago when we said you can’t let dead, dry wood pile up in the forests. And then be “surprised” when big fires happen.
Let it dry. Let it burn. And then let us have money. The democrats’ environmental playbook.

The article in the Statesman: Climate change now the main driver of wildfire weather, and the West has a front-row seat (Statesman Journal / LA Times, Nov 1, 2021)*Previous studies have found the atmosphere in the western U.S. has grown thirstier over the last 40 years. Experts have theorized that is due to natural fluctuations in the weather and because carbon dioxide emissions have caused the planet to warm, and warmer air can hold more moisture.*This just sounds stupid*“‘It’s happening every year’: Devastating wildfire season is the new normal”. *Perhaps it’s because they allowed wood debris to pile up for decades
US Coal Miners “All Sold Out” For 2022 (Zero Hedge, Oct 31, 2021)*Top U.S. coal miners are experiencing a massive surge in demand as power companies restart coal-fired power plants due to high natural gas prices to prevent electricity shortages ahead of the winter season.
Show Summary: Democrats blame every environmental problem on mankind, because climate change. But if you really believe global warming is real, you should take more action, not less. It’s not that there aren’t solutions to wildfires and drought. It’s that the solutions don’t financially benefit democrat organizations. And why solve a problem if you can keep exploiting it? But they may have to change. Because the public have had enough of the democrats’ letting nature take its course.

Original Air Dates: Aug 7th & 8th, 2021 | Dr. Bob Zybach & Sen. Dennis Linthicum
This Week: Drought and Wildfires
Never let a good catastrophe go to waste. That’s been the democrat and socialist mantra for decades.
But, worse, they create the crisis and offer the solution. We’re certainly seeing that with covid, a disease that you’re virtually guaranteed to survive with a average 99.8% recovery rate. But why let math get in the way of politicized science.
And there’s no place they do this more than the environment.
Wildfires: It’s not Global Warming, Stupid
First up we talk with our go-to expert, Dr. Bob Zybach, about the so-called “historic” drought. Is it? And of course drought impacts forests, which the so-called environments refuse to manage. Why is that?
Because, of course, you can make money on a crisis. Nobody throws millions of dollars at a problem that is easily managed. But if you create fear, you create opportunity. The political and financial kind. And why solve a problem like drought if you can exploit a never-ending river of money out of it?
But are people starting to wake up to the scam? Not enough. Yet. But there are cracks in their armor. Years ago, they never would have said that the forests have been mismanaged for decades. Like Oregon’s governor did just a dew weeks ago on a national news program. Excuse me, governor? Which party has been managing Oregon’s forests for decades. Oh, yes. That would be the democrats.
If they’re admitting it, maybe, just maybe, we can start solving the problems. But it’ll cost ya. If democrats are allowed to stay in power.
The Real Drought: Taking Action on Fixable Problems
Keep in mind, drought has been part of mankind’s existence since mankind existed. It’s not that there aren’t solutions. It’s that solving a problem means you can’t exploit it. And that’s what drives democrats right now. A crisis you create and just happen to have organizations that meets the needs of that crisis — without actually solving the crisis — is a situation that you can exploit. For literally billions.
We talk with Oregon Senator Dennis Linthicum from the Klamath Falls area — the focal point of environmental exploitation for decades.
It’s not that there isn’t water, it’s that the water is allowed to flow into the ocean. Without benefiting man nor fish. Think about it. If you let water go down stream, how does that benefit the fish you’re trying to save.
But is there something sinister afoot?
Environmentalists have tried for years to drive farmers off their land. Land that without water is both useless and worthless. And if farmers can’t make it, they could be forced to sell their land for pennies on the dollar.
And, abracadabra, environmentalists who buy that land could turn around and sell it $100 acres for $10,000 per acre mitigation credits. Some areas of the country would buy them for $50,000 an acre. And here you thought Lefties were against profits.
They are. When someone else makes it.

Show Summary: You might think election fraud and wildfires have nothing in common. Except of course election fraud determines who gets into office. And those who are elected then set policies like let-it-burn forest management. This week we look at the audits uncovering election fraud in Arizona, which are spreading like wildfire to other states. And if they uncover election fraud, what then?

This Week: Election Fraud & Relief Angels
When there are threats that surround you, and you can’t figure things out on your own, the first reaction is usually to find the experts who know how to deal with the problems. This week’s show we turn to two experts to help us understand the magnitude of what’s happening.
We start with election fraud. Because the far-left wants you to believe that by questioning results you are somehow the one who wants to destroy elections. Which is a form of intimidation by shutting down the discussion rather than examining the problem. But Arizona has stayed strong, finishing up their ballot audit and are now preparing the final report. So far, the preliminary reports have been damning.
Even still there are those, like Biden’s administration, that will do what they can to stop the process. So we turn to a constitutional expert to help us plow through the smoke and mirrors the far-left has been instrumental in placing before us.
Election Fraud with Horace Cooper
First up, and new to our show, Horace Cooper who is a senior fellow with the National Center for Public Policy Research, Co-Chairman of the Project 21 National Advisory Board, and a legal commentator. Mr. Cooper taught constitutional law at George Mason University and has been observing elections and their results—and the fraud involved—for years. He discusses past elections and crimes by election officials, along with the current election audits. We also tackle the misconceptions that the far-left is desperately spinning to distract.
And what if there is evidence of actual fraud here? What then?
Help for Oregon Wildfire Victims: Relief Angels with Valerie Odai
Then our next guest is also a newcomer to I Spy, Executive Director, Valerie Odai, of Relief Angles at www.relief-angels.org. Right now, Oregon has the largest forest fire in the nation, the Bootleg fire in southern Oregon, which is approaching half a million acres. While the fire fighters are making headway, the relief efforts in these remote areas are only just beginning.
We asked Ms. Odai to come on, to give us updates on the relief efforts that are ongoing and what is needed for the families impacted by this devasting fire. But she gives us much more by giving us a glimpse into the efforts that volunteers are doing to keep necessary goods going to the families in need and what other regions that they are involved in. Listen to hear about the courageous work so many volunteers are willing to do and find out how to help them achieve their goal of making people less fearful and rebuild their lives.
We hope you’ll join in. With all the hurt and damage, what a great thing to know that even a little help is huge when you’ve lost everything.
Be sure to visit Relief Angels! Every bit helps. Little bits add up to big bits.

The list of voter/election fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona
In a state Biden “won” by 10,457 votes, here’s the findings so far:
3,981 people were allowed to vote despite registering after the Oct 15 deadline
11,326 people in the county who voted in the November 3 election were NOT on the voter rolls on November 7, but were added to the voter rolls by December 4. In other words, they registered AFTER election day but still had their votes counted.
Roughly 18,000 voted but were removed from voter rolls after the election
74,243 mail-in ballots were counted in Maricopa even though there is no evidence of the ballots ever being sent to the “voters” in the first place
Thin ballot paper used for approximately 168,000 ballots led to markers “bleeding through” the paper, damaging ballots,
Most Republicans vote on election day. Prior to election day, a Maricopa County official had told staff to remind people to use a ballpoint pen. But ON elections day, that same official ordered staff to hand out Sharpie markers to same-day voters even though she knew about concerns with the Sharpies
Signature verification disappeared. Originally they used a 20-point verification for signatures, then 10, then five. And then eventually, staff were told to not verify them at all. (Maricopa County is withholding mail-in ballot images that can be used as evidence.)
Thousands of ballots had no serial number or was so light as to be unreadable and unverifiable
failure of Maricopa to turn over the 40% machines, the passwords that Dominion still refuses to turn over, & tens of thousands of unauthorized queries demonstrating how insecure the election was
The election voter data base was breached. There were over 37,000 anonymous administrative queries

Voter Fraud Is Major Election Threat Based on Recent Cases, Analyst Says (CNS News, Feb 1 2012)
The legal analyst cited “ghost voting” as the biggest problem. The term “ghost voter” is used to describe dead people that remain on the voter rolls.
“If even 1 percent of the vote is fraudulent, he says or implies that’s something we shouldn’t be concerned about,” Cooper said. “We ought to be outraged about it. …What ghost voting is successfully able to do is change what the actual outcome was going to be, to a different outcome.”
In the Troy, N.Y., case, … City Councilmen John Brown and Anthony DeFiglio [plead guilty.] … The probe was into whether they forged signatures on applications for absentee ballots and on actual ballots in the 2009 primary race … The Albany Times-Union newspaper reported that most of the fraudulent names were of residents of public housing authority apartments. The paper quoted DeFiglio calling it a “normal political tactic.”
In other words, they routinely cheated. Boys will be boys — politicians will be politicians
THIS: “What we see in Colorado and in this West Virginia plea agreement is that it’s pretty sinister and there are high-level people that can participate and manipulate the process and they can get away with it,”Cooper said.
The Fight for 2022 is Right Now | Burgess Owens & Alek Skarlatos
Show Summary: This week, it’s a look ahead at 2022 with two fighters willing to stand up against a massive expansion of government — over $10 trillion spending commitments in six months time if Congressional democrats get everything they want. And if they lose in 2022, they don’t care because so much of those trillions goes to democrat support groups. How long could you make $4 trillion last? Congressman Burgess Owens on spending, govt expansion, and Critical Race Theory, plus Oregon’s Alek Skarlatos, once more into the fray, running in Oregon’s 4th.

Original Air Dates: July 24 & 25, 2021 | Burgess Owens & Alek Skarlatos
DEMOCRATS COMMITTING SUICIDE – AND WHY THEY DON’T CARE
This week: You’ve probably heard one of our favorite political sayings, which was first said by Plato some four centuries before the birth of Christ: “One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors.”
The Fight for 2022 is Now
Likewise, ignoring politics until two months before an election, leads to you paying for what your inferiors have been doing for the last 22 months. Yes, 2022 is coming up fast. And there’s a lot of hope, and reason to believe, that 2022 will see the democrats lose. Why? Because democrats are committing suicide in 2021. Doing what they always do when they get power: spend like there’s no tomorrow.
Fighting Big Government: Burgess Owens
Burgess Owens, a long-time guest on I Spy Radio, was elected to Congress in 2020 — taking back the seat in Utah’s 4th Congressional district that “conservative” turned anti-Trump Mia Love lost. Burgess is definitely a Trump supporter and a genuine conservative, which is why we look forward to a long career for him.
He is also an anti Big Government conservative. And he’s watching as the democrats ram massive spending bills through, a lot of which will go fund Leftist organizations. Which is standard operating procedure for the Left. Steal public money and give it to themselves or their organizations. But I digress.
Burgess Owens: Huge Critic of Critical Race Theory
Congressman Owens has great hope in what he’s seeing happening in Congress these days. Many of his democrat colleagues are terrified of the swing that will happen during midterms this year that will take the gavel out of Nancy’s hands. That fear is slowing down some of the House bills just because there are those who are politically far left but still want to appear more moderate.
But even those policies, like Critical Race Theory, won’t be going away as the far-left are working overtime to forcefully inject it into local school districts. Congressman Owens has spoken at length of why it’s wrong, and continues that conversation on I Spy. He talks about his childhood and what it was like to be around those who believed then in the principles of CRT. And the pushback is large within the black community. Tune in to hear Burgess’s thoughts on why this Marxist ideology needs to be, like slavery, abolished.
Alek Skarlatos: Fighting for Oregon’s 4th in 2022
To many, including everyone here at I Spy Radio, it was a real shock that Alek Skarlatos did not win Oregon’s 4th Congressional district in 2020. Peter DeFazio, is an unspectacular congressman. And boring. While Alek is a genuine American hero who actually saved lives when he and his friends stopped a terrorist on a Paris-bound train.
Perhaps it had to do with all that public money democrats spend on themselves and their friends…?
Did you know? Small-dollar donors drive big dollar donors? The million-dollar donors wait to see where you put your money so they know where to put theirs. Donate to Alek so the big money will get behind him.
Alek has been watching the problems Oregonians are faced with — shut down orders and increased taxes as business owners have a difficult time finding new employees. Alek discusses DeFazio’s approach and how it misses what’s needed for Oregonians. Don’t miss Alek’s return to politics and how he thinks this time, election outcomes could be much different.
2022 is not too far away.

Every 1 ton of mined, refined, and processed rare earth minerals produces 2,000 tons of toxic waste (The UK Guardian, March 20, 2014)
Each industrial windmill uses about 2.5 tons or rare earth minerals (Lynas Rare Earths), therefore generating 5,000 tons of toxic waste before it goes online and deemed “green”
The wind industry generates more toxic waste than the nuclear industry, despite only generating about 4% of US energy, vs ~20% that nuclear does (Institute for Energy Research, Oct 2013)
The only thing truly “green” about “green energy” is the color of the toxic lakes in China (Wind Turbine Syndrome, 2011)
This toxic lake poisons Chinese farmers, their children and their land. It is what’s left behind after making the magnets for [the world’s] latest wind turbines, and is merely one of a multitude of environmental sins committed in the name of our new green Jerusalem
Show Summary: Truckers have always been everyday heroes. Right now, with Oregon’s wildfires, they are larger than life heroes. We talk with Jana Jarvis of OTA, to find out what they’re up against.
Five Different Times, on Seven Different Stations. Listen anywhere! All stations stream live!
This Week: Even during times of pandemics and extreme forest fire conditions, Oregon’s consumers still depend on trucking for 80% of its goods. In fact, many of us take it for granted that when we walk into a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, or a host of others there’s always going to be a full shelf of items for us to choose from.
IMPACTED by Oregon’s wild fires? Find resources to help, what to do, and info on alert levels at Oregon’s Wildfire Resources
But when we look around and see during current times with government’s mandates about when and how we’re to shop and gather; or roads closed because fires have over taken much of Oregon’s western counties but are fully open on the eastern side of the mountains, stores still get stocked. It is doing great things during hard times.
How have these men and women managed to keep the goods we need flowing, while adapting to stressors that would send many of us over the top if it were our job? Especially as these same men and women have their own families and homes, and are faced with the same emergencies as the rest of us.
Oregon Trucking Associations
So we take a look into the world of truck driving and find some rather remarkable surprises—like jobs, jobs, jobs. And good, family wage jobs even for those who don’t want to travel or be away from family. But we also learn about the amount of work for these truckers that goes into complying with regulations. And did you know that Oregon has some of the nation’s highest costs attached to operating rigs here? No surprise maybe, but even there, there are some in government who want to make things in Oregon even worse.
And remember, it was these everyday heroes who stopped the dreaded cap and trade tax. Truckers united with loggers to stand up to government. Find out what it takes to do their jobs and you’ll find out how and why they have the discipline to come together and fight for what they believe in.
And with all the devastation from wildfires in Oregon, we will need more of these heroes than ever before.

Show Summary: Oregon’s economy is growing, but politicians want more taxes, including a carbon cap and trade. Why are Oregon politicians determined to ruin a good thing? There is great news out of Trump’s administration with their budget proposal. This should be a time to invest in Oregon, not punish Oregonians with a carbon cap and trade. Plus: Did Gov. Kate Brown and timber companies betray Timber Unity?
Original Air Dates: February 15 & 16, 2020 | Jonathan Williams & Dr. Bob Zybach
This Week: There is some good news that you’ve probably never heard before.
But before we get there, breaking this week were details of what we warned you about a few weeks ago. Details of Governor Brown’s secret meetings with timber companies have come to light, including the start of a deal between timber companies and environmental groups that is taking the wind out of Senate Republicans’ sails. A deal that, despite the 10,000 people who showed up Timber Unity had any say in.
And don’t think she didn’t know exactly why she was doing to sabotage Timber Unity. It is with the deepest sense of betrayal we see these kinds of tricks — instead of straightforward, honest discussions where all sides have a say.
The Good News: Trump Administration’s Exciting Budget Proposal
But, as we said, there is some good news and something you’ve probably never heard before: the words “exciting” and budget proposal” used in the same sentence.
This week we start our conversation with Jonathan Williams, of American Legislative Exchange Council. We’ll discuss with him Trump’s exciting budget proposal that does what so many fiscal conservatives have dreamt of: a return to a balanced budget, honest-to-goodness cuts in federal spending. Be sure to tune in and hear about the 6 million dead people who are finally going to get their checks cut off. Jonathan will also give us the honest-to-goodness look at Oregon’s economic outlook. An article was recently published touting Oregon’s beating the national economic trends — but we dig into the reality.
The Bad News: Did Timber Betray Timber Unity?
Then we have Dr. Bob Zybach back due to the secret meeting Gov Kate has been having with 13 timber companies and environmental groups. For someone who has defended the timber industries for decades, you can imagine this secret backroom deal felt like a real betrayal. We discuss the timing and look into the memorandum of understanding itself. We can only guess they’re trying to accomplish—because none of it makes sense.
But get used to this type of behavior if the cap and trade bill goes in. Salem’s Democrats have purposefully put in measures to keep hidden from public records requests how the government will spend their new revenue. And to whom they will give it.
But we can guess.
Get the inside look at the backroom deals, this week on I Spy Radio. Don’t miss it!

A deal struck between timber companies and environmentalists with the help of Gov. Kate Brown made Republicans’ jobs more difficult this session and demoralized the caucus, Senate Republican Leader Herman Baertschiger Jr. said Tuesday.
“These people come into our offices, ask us to do things for them and then turn around and throw us under the bus,” Baertschiger said. “You kind of scratch your head and say: who are we fighting for?”

Show Summary: Timber Unity 2020 rally is Thursday, February 6 at 10 a.m. This week we give you the latest — attempts by Gov. Brown to sabotage things, what elected Dems really think about rural people, and some intellectual ammo to take with you to the rally.
Air Dates: February 1 & 2, 2020 | Angelita Sanchez & Chuck Wiese
This Week: Yes, the fight is on. Like two bulls staring at each other from across the arena, Gov Kate and her far-left, legislative henchmen are attempting to stare down Timber Unity and the participants (or what Kate should remember are voters—you know, the people she serves). Governor Kate wants to institute a crippling carbon tax, based on fake science, to control Oregonians and Oregon businesses by taxing fuel and energy and “undesirable” industries, which will increase costs for almost anything purchased within the state.
Timber Unity: Taking the Fight to Salem
Timber Unity is not only saying NO, but is part of a rising wave of anger from more and more Oregonians. They come together this week to stand up against the extreme and unnecessary legislation. Especially as they learn more and more about what Salem Democrats like Peter Courtney really think about them and their way of life.
And don’t miss Gov. Kate Brown’s attempts to sabotage Timber Unity.
Oregonians are waking up to what’s at stake that if this carbon tax is allowed to go through and the devastation it will have on businesses and rural life.
And because of that, Oregonians are grabbing hold of the issue and Timber Unity is bringing together truckers, loggers, and farmers to push back in an exciting event being held this Thursday, February 6th. Spokesperson for Timber Unity, Angelita Sanchez, joins us this week on I Spy Radio to give us insights into what is driving them to storm Salem’s castle. She’ll also give the latest updates on how the day will unfold with the truckers’ caravan, expected speakers, activities in the capitol, food, and time of events.
Last time she joined us, she shared what Peter Courtney said that so enflamed their anger against the cap and trade legislation. Do not miss this week when she elaborates even more on what you said. It will get your blood boiling.
Standing Up to Global Warming Alarmism
Then get a little more intelligence on what drives the anti-carbon craze of the legislators: “Climate Change.” Chuck Wiese is a meteorologist and well-known global warming debunker who knows the faux science behind the carbon tax push. You’ll come away with a better understanding of the issue and why any carbon tax is little more than a money-laundering scheme. He also reveals what a carbon tax will do to Oregon, why it’s a waste and not necessary, and why it should be a matter for voters to decide and not decided by one party at the legislature.
Oregon may have been sleepy at getting people out to vote in 2018 but Timber Unity has awakened the proverbial sleeping giant. Don’t miss this week. It will awaken your own inner giant to help you stand up to what far-left environmentalists are attempting to do to our beautiful state.

Show Summary: With Timber Unity rally coming up, a look at Oregon politics, including some devious attempts by Gov. Brown to undermine Timber Unity and weaken Republican resolve.
Original Air Dates: Jan. 25 & 26, 2020 | Jeff Kropf & Jayne Carroll
This week: a look at what’s growing in Oregon. We start with former state representative Jeff Kropf about Oregon’s hottest cash crop. Last year, tens of thousands of more acres transitioned from other crops to hemp as farmers jumped on the hemp band wagon. What were the results? Jeff, a fifth-generation Oregon farmer, gave it a go. Tune in to hear his experiences.
Oregon Politics: Undermining Timber Unity?
But of course, we can’t have Jeff on (he’s a fellow talk-radio show host on KSLM in Salem), and not talk politics. With Timber Unity coming up in less than two weeks, you’ll hear some shocking actions that Governor Kate Brown is taking to sabotage Timber Unity. And weaken senate Republicans’ resolve. Will she stop them from walking out this time?
2020. Is the Oregon Republican Party Up to the Task?
Then we talk to another talk-radio superstar, Jayne Carroll. Jayne was a radio host in Portland on KUIK and can now be heard anywhere there’s a computer or smart phone on TheJayneCarrollShow.net.
I Spy Radio show host, Mark Anderson, had a rather Stalin-like encounter with the Oregon Republican Party after asking a question on Twitter about candidate recruitment First one ORP member weighed in with the usual blame-game of why don’t you run? Then another jumped in with personal attacks. And he never did get a response from the person he’d asked the question of — unless you consider getting blocked an answer.
It’s classic organizational dysfunction. But it begs a bigger question, is the ORP up to the task in a critical election year? What can be done to improve things?
If anyone knows, it’s Jayne Carroll. She has been on all sides of Oregon politics. Commentator, strategist, party member, PCP, and campaign manager. Tune in to hear her assessment of the ORP and whether they can right the lifeboat when we need it most.
Want to Get Involved in Oregon Politics?
Plato said more than 2,300 years ago that, “”One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors.” Are you tired of being on the sidelines? Tired of being governed by your inferiors? Want to talk with Mark, Jeff, or Jayne? They can get you connected with the right people to get you off the sidelines and in the game. Drop us a line.
