This Week –  Oregon Democrats Choose Ideology over Oregonians

Oregon stands at a crossroads. President Trump’s Executive Orders are set to unlock federal forests in Oregon for logging. This could revitalize the state’s timber industry, bringing jobs and economic growth. But there’s a major roadblock: Oregon’s supermajority Democrat-controlled state legislature is digging in, pledging to stand in the way of any positive federal changes at every turn—defending their woke ideology even at the cost of billions in federal funds.

The Promise of Healthier Forests

First up, Dr. Bob Zybach, a forest management expert and consultant, sets the stage by explaining why Trump’s EOs are a game-changer. He argues these orders could restore sustainable logging and healthier ecosystems—the first truly good news for Oregon’s forests in decades. He also shares a proposed executive order from the National Wildfire Alliance for even more practical solutions.

This Week – End of the Enviro Left’s Cash Cow?

This week on I Spy Radio, we’re peeling back layers of government overreach and fraud that’ll leave you ready to fight for what’s right. Especially since this victory could mean ending the far-left “environmentalists” billions of dollars of “free cash”—every year—courtesy of the U.S. taxpayers.

This path to victory all started years ago when we first teamed up with the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) in our very first year of being on the air. Way back in 2011 when we were just on one station. SLF is a fearless crew battling the EPA’s power grab. And one of their biggest targets has been the “endangerment finding”—the dodgy cornerstone of the modern “green” agenda.

The endangerment finding is an EPA rule based on pre-determined science that “found” carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gasses were a threat to public health. The rule was then used to mandate the transition to “green” energy. Windmills, solar, electric vehicles, charging stations, and the basis for net zero.

Over the years, its meant trillions for the far left. Your taxes have been funneled into clunky windmills, solar flops, and Far Left cash grabs (that conveniently boomerang back to Democrat politicians’ and activists’ coffers) all rest on this one flimsy rule. And it didn’t stop there—water rights gutted, timber harvests choked—all under the EPA’s ever-growing thumb.

Is the Endangerment Finding in Danger?

Yes! Now, Trump’s EPA is poised to torch this sacred cow of the Left. It’s a seismic shift, and SLF’s years of courtroom trench warfare might finally pay off.

We bring back Kimberly Hermann—SLF’s sharp legal mind and their executive director. Thanks to the Competitive Enterprise Institute prying loose the emails we now know what we suspected that very first show with SLF. That Obama’s EPA pre-determined the “science” for the endangerment finding.

This week, she’s got the latest on Trump’s executive orders, the endangerment finding’s shaky future, and the epic court battles looming as the Left scrambles to save its gravy train. Spoiler: activist judges won’t go down quietly.

Elections matter—and stolen elections matter even more. Elections Matter. Stolen Elections Matter More

In the second half of the show, we welcome Peter Ticktin (). He’s the Florida attorney leading what could be a jaw-dropping election challenge in FL-14. After veteran Rocky Rochford’s suspicious loss, Ticktin’s team uncovered potential evidence of hundreds of thousands of “clone voters” (or modified duplicates) in Florida’s voter rolls. Possibly millions nationwide.

In Pinellas County alone, these potentially fraudulent votes could have accounted for a staggering 99.1% of all returned mail-in ballots. Some 197,000 out of 198,700 could be duplicates. Ticktin discusses the sophisticated cryptographic algorithm behind this alleged fraud—on par with NSA-level tech—and what it could mean for America.

This Week – Activist Judges and Are Chemtrails Real After All?

This week we talk with Kimberly Herman of Southeastern Legal Foundation about her invite to the White House to celebrate an executive order SLF has been fighting for — keeping men out of women’s sports. This is not just a professional win but a truly personal one. Especially with a young daughter who loves sports. We also talk about some of President Trump’s executive orders that may impact

Kimberly is not just the executive director for Southeastern Legal. She is also a practicing attorney, arguing federal court cases. So most of our conversation is about those activist judges who are throwing themselves (and the country) in front of the Trump Train. What can be done about them? Do they have the authority to insert themselves in executive orders? Find out why this almost never happens.

And we look at the courts themselves. Is it time to redo the courts?  And what about that clause in Article III, Section 1 about judges “shall hold their Offices during good behavior”?

New Twist on an Old Conspiracy Theory?

And then in the second-half of the show, we talk with fan-favorite, Chuck Wiese, about a conspiracy theory that listeners have been asking us to look into for over 15 years. Except it’s not quite the conspiracy they think it is. But there’s definitely something afoot.

In case you’re not up to speed on chemtrails, people have been speculating that patterns in the sky from jet contrails are something more than just jet exhaust. The theory is that secret government projects have been lacing the skies with unknown chemicals. There is a lot of debate over, who is doing, what they’re spraying, and why they’re doing it. Some say weather modification. Others say it has to do with climate change. Still others say it’s something far worse and more sinister. Like increasing sterility. And over the years, the theory has grown in popularity. So what’s really going on?

Chuck is the perfect guest for this. He is a meteorologist, trained scientist, and global warming debunker. And he’s a pilot. He spent decades in the sky as a commercial airlines jet pilot. Cloud seeding is a real thing. And has a long history. But that’s not the same as chemtrails.

However, there is new speculation that is putting a twist on things. A recent — albeit somewhat confusing — article in Just the News covered a new angle on chemtrails. The short end of it is that while people have speculated about chemtrails with lots of opinions but little actual evidence, geoengineering to impact “Climate Change” may be behind some of it.

But is it happening? Yes and no. But tune in to hear the nonsense proposed by these Global Warmers to fight fossil fuel emissions to offset “CO2 warming” by using even more fossil fuel emissions. And how their efforts may cause even more damage while having no real impact on “warming.”

If it sounds insane, it’s because it is.

This Week – It’s Dominance, Baby

Trump did not survive just to surrender. It is win, baby, win. It’s only been just over a month but a new, even more vigorous Trump is in Washington. And this time, his eyes are wide open. And he’s not stopping. The National Energy Dominance Council. It is going to blow up the “green” energy scam.

On the campaign trail, he talked about the Climate Change scam. The “green” energy scam. What he didn’t talk about was how the Climate Change / Global Warming / Green Energy scams were the largest, most expensive funding model for the Far Left. If you thought the tens of billions USAID spent on far-left causes was horrid, just wait until you hear about the trillions spent on Climate Change.

Up first, we welcome back Craig Rucker, the president and co-founder of CFACT — the Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow. There have bene some incredible executive orders but the one establishing the National Energy Dominance Council is one of the most exciting. And, naturally, the economically uneducated “media” barely mentioned it.

This will not be “trickle down” economics. It just pried loose an economic boulder that is going to unleash an avalanche of economic activity and wealth creation. Think about it. If the average family saves $500 a month because of lower electricity, water, and natural gas prices — and lower gasoline prices — that is $6,000 per household.

And, even better, if your family is saving that much, think how much business and industry will save. That means they can lower prices. Saving families even more.

Yeah. No wonder the media is ignoring energy dominance.

American Dominance and the Losers Trying to Stop It

While Trump and the Republicans push American dominance, the Democrats have staked out the rather odd position of opposing it. Which brings up an even bigger question about all that fraud DOGE has been uncovering. But more on that in a bit.

We also welcome back long-time I Spy Radio guest, James Hirsen, to talk about those activist judges. The Obama- and Biden-appointed judges who are throwing themselves on every executive order, American dominance grenade Trump throws out there. Which itself is an odd thing to do. It’s true. When people find fraud, the people yelling stop are the ones doing the fraud.

James is not just the well-known, bestselling author of Tales from the Left Coast, he’s an international attorney. And he has a terrific article that encapsulates the fight against these activist judges trying to stop Trump’s executive orders: “Birthright Citizenship and Five Little Words” on JamesHirsen.com.

Clearly, Trump not only believes birthright citizenship is wrong, he knew it would create a constitutional logjam and force a final ruling from the Supreme Court. How will it do? A lot of people are worried about the two squishiest judges, John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett. But if they follow the Constitution and the clearly original intent of the crafters of the 14th Amendment, those five little words should sway them. But can they put the Constitution ahead of their personal feelings?

And don’t miss that bigger question the discovery of all that fraud raises. Why aren’t the Democrats joining in to find even more fraud? Clearly, there is fraud.  Clearly, DOGE (the Department Of Government Efficiency) is uncovering fraud. Rather than try to stop it, why not help Republicans find even more?

Everybody hates fraud and abuse. Being on the side of fraud and waste means everyone will hate Democrats. Not smart.

This Week – Institutionalized Incompetence

The hard fact is, when it comes to institutionalized incompetence, we’ve learned to tolerate it. We’ve become used to stupid. Conditioned to accept inadequate. And, worse, to accept corruption as “that’s just the way it is.” See the brewing USAID scandal. (Something we talked about way back in 2017). 

But USAID is only the very tip of the iceberg. We are fraudulently spending billions, even trillions, on things like Climate Change. And “green” energy. The issue is not the spending. The issue is the institutionalized incompetence that authorized the spending in the first place. That is what needs to change. And, thankfully, President Trump is starting to do that.

We’ll come back around to the incompetence behind USAID when more is known about it. But here’s something to think about. The real incompetence here is the Republicans in Congress. USAID fraud and funding leftwing ideology and pet projects of politicians has been happening for decades. Did the Republicans not know about it? And why did they keep voting for it? Either way, that is sheer incompetence. Again. Thank God for President Trump.

Institutionalized Incompetence – Two Examples

First up, we talk with long-time guest, Lisa Lettenmaier. Usually, we talk with Lisa about some new stupidity in the health care system. (Now there’s a whole ‘nother stream of institutionalized incompetence.) But this week, we talk to her about her letter to Oregon’s Employment Department, the media, and state  and federal legislators about the infuriating problems two of her friends experienced trying to get unemployment. Weeks of runaround, endless hours on hold, no answers, and no help.

Don’t forget, this is an insurance they paid into. That we all pay into. But when you need it most? And this is the “fixed’ system that took the people in charge of updating the computers and software. But it is still broken. As we said, society has become used to stupid.

But, the good news is, some institutionalized incompetence is being fixed. On his first day in office, as promised, President Trump signed executive orders ending DEI. That’s divRemove featured imageersity, equity, and inclusion. Or institutionalized racism. We talk with Donna Jackson about how incredibly important ending DEI is to the Black community. You know. One of the communities it is supposed to help. Tune in to hear how it not only is not helping, it is sabotaging the Black community and Black school children.

Gosh. It’s almost like democrats want a permanent minority underclass. Otherwise known as slaves. Democrats haven’t changed since they lost the Civil War.

This Week – Have Faith – The Good Guys Are Back in Charge

In just his first two weeks, President Trump is off to a fast start to undo the horrible last four years of America’s decline under Resident Joe Biden. And as fast as Trump is moving to erase Biden, for a lot of us, it’s not fast enough.

Did we see DEI at work with the helicopter-plane collision at Reagan Airport? We certainly know there is a shortage of FAA workers, including traffic control. But Biden prioritized not only skin color over competence, he filled thousands of DEI compliance jobs over FAA jobs.

Fortunately for America, Trump is already making changes to restore confidence and competence in America. Although America has been so burned over the last four years, with outright abuses of power, it will take a lot to restore trust in America’s government. But what about restoring America’s faith? In God?

Erasing Biden – Cheryl Chumley

Cheryl Chumley is a commentator, online opinion editor for The Washington Times, host of the “Bold and Blunt” podcast, and approaches the news from a Christian-conservative viewpoint. We talk about the blizzard of executive orders and some changes we are already seeing. Like illegal immigration and the border, with immediate actions being taken on this huge campaign promise. But what about those illegal-immigration co-conspirators? And those pardons?

Trump said on the campaign trail and in his inaugural address: he believes God saved him so he can save America. So far, the message has been clear. Don’t mess with a man on a mission from God. And that includes erasing the Biden error. But erasing Biden will take more than executive orders.
