This Week – Oregon’s Primary and the Suspicions the Followed

After a much-needed break last week, we’re back at it this week, taking a hard look at two examples right here in Oregon that should make everyone question the integrity of our elections. First up, Washington County, which is suing a voter for asking for public data. Because of course elections that are above board and honest, naturally sue voters to stop the release of public data.

Then its the mess in Clackamas County that has even democrats questioning what is going on with tens of thousands of spoiled ballots.

Stephen Joncus: the FOIA Lawsuit Against a Voter, Tim Sipple

When you’ve got nothing to hide, because the election was honest and above board, what’s a county got to do to prove it? Why, sue a voter who asked for public database.

As absurd as it sounds, and as counterproductive as it is to developing trust in our elections systems, that’s exactly what Washington County is doing. Suing a voter. For asking for a database. And not even the database, the actual 2020 election database. No, this is a test database.

Keep in mind, a database is a list of numbers and text. That’s it. Why would you keep a database, a test database, secret? And so secret that you’re willing to sue a voter. And not just sue them but threaten them with forcing them to pay your legal expenses. Oh. And the State of Oregon decided to join in. And also threaten them with their legal expenses too.

See how all these suspicions just keep growing?

Does Oregon really think this is the way to gain trust in its elections? Because it doesn’t take a genius to know their actions are the opposite of trust.

Don Powers: Suspicious Spoiled Ballots in Clackamas County

As if Washington County aren’t enough suspicions, we’ve got spoiled ballots in Clackamas.

A printer they had used for over 10 years is being blamed for a printing error that caused a white line to run through some of the ballots’ security barcode. Hence, the spoiled ballots.

Odd that it happened just after the printer had been bought by an out-of-state buyer. There may be nothing there, but the timing does get one’s suspicions up.

But why is it that the printer’s scanner works fine but the county’s does not? And why is it that the county initially misled the public about the extent of it. It went from “Oh, it’s just a few” to “There are tens of thousands of spoiled ballots” over a few days.

And why did the county decide to have county county workers fill in new ballots? Why not simply count the ballots by hand and manually mark them as counted?

And why did observers of the count witness county workers changing votes?

So many suspicions. So many questions about these spoiled ballots. We talk with Don Powers, co-chair of the ORP’s election integrity committee, to try to get some answers. We’ll have Don back next week to continue the discussion because there were even some more issues that we just ran of time.

Warriors Beating Back the Woke Culture

Warriors Beating Back the Woke Culture

Show Summary: 2022 will be all about fighting the woke. First up, we welcome first-time guest, Judge Vance Day, who is running for Position 3 on the Oregon Court of Appeals. If he wins, he’ll be the only Constitutionalist on the court. Then we bring back Scott Shepard, Director of the Free Enterprise Project. With Disney and so many other companies going woke, there is a lot to fight against. Including companies pledging to become Death Companies.

Original Air Dates: May 7, 2022 | Guests: Judge Vance Day & Scott Shepard

This Week – Warriors Fighting the Woke

That kinda sounds like some zombie apocalypse. But, given that the woke don’t know the constitution, don’t know basic civics (or civility for that matter), don’t know economics, and are only driven by their mindless feelings, maybe it’s appropriate.

This is our final show before Oregon’s May 2022 primary. And this year, elections will be all about fighting the woke. Whether its abortion, free speech, religion, or even things like corporations in politics, it’s all about killing zombies. Er, fighting the woke.

Judge Vance Day: Fighting the Woke Before it was Woke

And when it comes to fighting the woke, Judge Vance Day was fighting the woke before the woke was even known as the woke. While serving as a  Circuit Court Judge in Marion County, he recused himself from personally officiating at same-sex weddings, which he felt was against his religion.

This greatly angered the woke, as all must bow before whatever the woke is in favor of today.

So the horde (back then, they were just “progressives”) came after him. They tried, unsuccessfully, to drive him from the bench, cancel his law license, strip him of his possessions, ruin his reputation and even have him imprisoned.

Great people. Let’s totally give their side more power.

Tune in to hear Judge Vance Day’s take on what the Oregon Court of Appeals should be like and how he would handle a leak similar to what we saw this past week as an insider leaked the Roe v. Wade draft opinion.

Scott Shepard: Fighting the Woke Corporations

Let’s face it. The woke wouldn’t exist if they didn’t have access to billions of dollars. Of your taxpayer dollars (thanks to politicized issue-funding, like global warming). And billions of donations directly to woke organizations. Like BLM, Antifa, and any number of woke organizations and chapters.

Scott Shepard’s Free Enterprise Project has teamed up with other organizations to form the Boardroom Initiative. Spearheaded by former McDonald’s CEO Ed Rensi, who has said companies have “no business” being in politics.

“Corporations have no business being on the right or the left because they represent everybody there and their sole job is to build equity for their investors.” – Ed Rensi, former McDonald’s CEO

That is straight out of Milton Friedman who said essentially the same thing. The business of business is to create value (profits) for their shareholders.

Tune in to hear Scott’s battle with woke boards at major corporations. Disney is just the most-well-known example as the woke board just lost some 60 billion in shareholder value. Think there won’t be lawsuits…?

And in the wake of the leaked ruling that could overturn Roe v. Wade, that could see federal protections for abortion removed, some major corporations are already lining up to be Death Corporations.

Maybe zombies is the right term after all.

A New OPB Poll is Devastating. For Democrats.

A New OPB Poll is Devastating. For Democrats.

A February 2022 OPB Poll Shows Strong Preference for Republicans and Conservatives

By Dr. Mark Anderson, MBA, DBA (ABD)

There was a poll by OPB back in February 2022 that was 𝘯𝘰𝘵 good for democrats. Especially so given that it was done by OPB and then sat on for over a month.

Here are the highlights.

In a generic ballot of Republican vs Democrat for governor, Republicans win 47% to 29% (with a very large undecided at 23%). That’s a win by nearly 20 points—well outside the margin of error. But, interestingly, when you add an Independent to the mix, Republicans still win — and more people move away from Dem to Independent: Republican = 26% (a 3% shift), Democrat = 16% (a 13% shift), and Independent = 21%.  Still a large pool of undecided (37%) when deciding among three candidates but the support for a Democrat and Republican candidates drop across the board but far more from a Democrat candidate than a Republican one. Four times as much, in fact.

This is why Democrats are both furious at and fearful of Betsy Johnson, who is a Democrat but running as an “independent.” Betsy splits the vote and draws far more from the Democrat candidate than from the Republican and not enough to give either the Democrat or the “Independent” candidate a win. She virtually assures a Republican win.

But wait, it gets worse for Democrats

On social issues, the poll shows a very strong preference for a conservative: a 27% preference (very liberal/somewhat liberal, combined) for liberal vs nearly double support, 46% (very conservative/somewhat conservative, combined) for conservative. All those woke social issues Democrats have attempted to shove down the public’s throats is biting them in the backside.

Taxes and economy are always big issues and decisions points in every race. And there is even more support for conservative over liberal on economics, only 22% (very liberal/somewhat liberal, combined) for liberal, and a majority 51% for conservative (very conservative/somewhat conservative, combined).

Also, Oregonians appear to be done with the establishment and career (“experienced”) politicians. When asked if they prefer someone with experience in elected office vs an outsider, 47% preferred an outsider to only 27% preferring a politician with experience in office. That is a huge shift for Oregonian voters, which, like the rest of the West Coast, for decades has tended to prefer candidates with at least some elected experience. That bodes very well for candidates like Marc Thielman for Oregon Governor and Bridget Barton for Oregon.

Finally, it is exceptionally interesting that despite overwhelming Leftist media in Oregon, especially the Oregonian, Willamette Week, and OPB itself, people are seeing through the Leftist lies. When asked about the “seriousness” of right-wing extremism and left-wing extremism, more people saw left-wing extremism as very serious/somewhat serious, 69% (combined), vs right-wing extremism as very serious/somewhat serious, 56% (combined).

In all, this OPB poll is 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙮 good news for Republicans, conservatives, and outsider candidates.

If you’d like to see the full poll, you can access it here: OPB Poll, conducted by DHM Research, February 28, 2022

Elections Matter: Overcoming Systemic Corruption

Bridget Barton - Outsider candidate for Oregon governorShow Summary: Why elections matter. All elections. Not just the ones at the top of the ticket. But all the way down to city councilors, D.A.s, and judges—as one governor found out too late. And we talk with outsider, Bridget Barton on her own run for Oregon’s governor and how she’ll fix the quagmire of Oregon’s government when most everyone in that government will be against her.

This Week – The Importance of Elections

Far, far too many people only vote for those at the top of the ticket. In part, because those are the names the recognize. Who pays attention to city councilors or district attorneys, right?

We all should. Because this week, we talk with Kimberly Hermann, the general counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation about the strange case of a George Soros prosecutor in Missouri, Kim Gardner. Garnder targeted and removed a duly elected governor from office.

But it turns out that the prosecutor made it up. Just like in the Russia collusion narrative concocted by democrats, there was no evidence, and Gardner lied about it. But—mission accomplished—she effectively removed the duly elected governor.

But it’s not over. Because now, Southeastern Legal Foundation, which is John Solomon’s attorney, won their case before Missouri’s Supreme Court to get public records from Gardner’s office, including all communications between state officials, individuals, groups, and even Gardner’s real boss: George Soros.

Bridget Barton for Oregon Governor

We continue our discussion on why elections matter as we welcome first-time guest, Bridget Barton, who is one of many (too many!) Republican candidates for Oregon’s governor. Bridget Barton is definitely a political outsider as a first-time candidate and clearly not the preferred pick of the ORP. Oregon Republican Party.

But what separates her from the pack? What makes her uniquely qualified to tackle Oregon’s version of “The Swamp”?

To find out more about Bridget Barton as a candidate, head to www.bridgetbartonfororegon.com

Bridget has a 30-year career of running a successful conservative business magazine, Brainstorm NW, in which they advocated for conservative solutions to Oregon’s many problems. If only Oregon had listened, maybe we wouldn’t be a national leader of how not to solve problems. Like crime, homelessness, and addiction.

Be sure to tune in to hear her solutions, which have worked when they’ve been tried, and what makes her personal story so relevant to Oregon’s problems.

Show Summary: We continue our look into Oregon’s competitive congressional districts: 4, 5, and 6. This week, we talk with Dr. Angela Plowhead, a clinical psychologist and veteran, who is running in Oregon’s sixth congressional district. This Week – In a World Gone Crazy… Send in a Professional

From the bottom up, Conservatives are standing up and running for office after being furious over the far-left’s dark agenda of CRT, post-birth abortion, suicide assistance, and sex camps for kids. You’re probably thinking, wait, what?

Yes. Sex camps and school curriculum focused on teaching our young children about sex while attempting to blur or destroy their personal identity. Childhood should be innocent, not have weird adult fantasies pushed at them. The hypersexualization of children by schools and society needs to stop. And in case you don’t think this is a real problem, three teachers in Oregon were just arrest in the last 10 days for sex crimes against kids. Including a fourth-grade school teacher in McMinnville.

Concerned about the hypersexualization of school kids? Consider joining a chapter of Parents’ Rights in Education. Here’s Oregon’s Facebook page.

Normal adults don't tell kids to keep secrets from their parents. Normal adults have no inclination to talk to 5–9 year olds, who are not their children, about sex and gender switching. Perverts and predators do.
Allie Beth Stuckey nails it

First up, to discuss her run for the newly created Congressional District 6, clinical psychologist, Dr. Angela Plowhead, is now devoting her time and energy to fight the wrong “thinking” of the far-left. A former intelligence officer in the US Air Force, Dr. Plowhead, analyzed data to understand how the people of authoritarian and communist countries were being manipulated and attacked by their own government. That training has helped her diagnose the far-lefts approach to CRT curriculum and what they are hoping to accomplish.

And Dr. Plowhead is deeply worried about the loss of our freedoms and the psychological warfare being unleashed by our government on our own people. Listen to find out her professional take on what the far left has been doing to our kids. With so much to discuss we are asking her back in a few weeks for a Part II interview.

The Trump Lawsuit: Trump files RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton

Lock her up! Lock her up! How many times have we heard that at Trump rallies? Could it be one step closer to reality?

Last week, Trump filed a lawsuit, alleging RICO violations. We talk with fan-favorite, bestselling author, and “recovering attorney,” Scott McEwen, about the Trump lawsuit. Does filing a RICO lawsuit give it more weight?

And, as only Trump could do, he managed to draw a Clinton-appointed judge to hear the case. One would think the judge would recuse himself, seeing that he was appointed by the husband of the accused. But then again, there’s no corruption like Clinton corruption. Just imagine the howling by the Left if Trump had drawn a Trump-appointed judge.

Looking for Scott’s books? Check out his list of books on I Spy Radio’s store page — or head to www.ScottMcEwen.com

We ask Scott about that clear conflict of interest. And you would think this would be a slam dunk, considering there has already been judicial rulings that found, yes, people did try to sabotage Trump with Russia collusion. Is the whole point of this is to get to discovery? And what then?

This Week – Citizens Answer the Call

Listeners of I Spy Radio are very knowledgeable about the Elliott Forest and the State of Oregon’s own attempts to sabotage the School Trust lands. And do everything possible not to obey their own laws. Recently, Oregon voted to effectively take the Elliott offline and remove it from production. And pay OSU to “study” the forest. Which means Oregon has moved it from an income production (an asset) to an expense (a liability).

That’s a violation of the law. The School Trust lands were to be held by the state, log them, and use the proceeds to pay into the School Trust.

We talk to first-time guest, Dr. Dave Sullivan, an emeritus professor, school of business, at Oregon State University. He has stepped up and is suing the State of Oregon for violating the law and their financial responsibility. To the schools. To the taxpayers. And to our school children.

“School trust lands were granted to states at the time of statehood for the sole purpose of generating revenue in perpetuity for public education.” – Oregon Advocates for School Trust Lands

Dr. John Di Paola – Fed Up with Congress

John Di Paola had a good, long career as a busy orthopedic surgeon. But never expected the complete mismanagement of covid by the government. As a recently retired orthopedic surgeon, John had more than a bit to say about the government’s covid mismanagement that endangered his patients.

John Di Paola came across this series of workshops Oregon wants to teach kids. Including "The Case for Porn Literacy."
Oregon’s “educators” sexuality workshops, including “The Case for Porn Literacy”

After his planned retirement in July 2020, he finally had some time to start reading and looking around and the more he looked, the more horrified and angry he became. From what was happening in our schools, attacks on small businesses, the border — there was no end of problems.

We talk with John about what else convinced him to run. He shares with us his thoughts on the destruction of America’s education system, which has become an indoctrination center for every whim of the far left. And he talks with us about bringing back businesses to Oregon.

Check out the “My Future, My Choice” sexuality workshops John’s wife found being offered by the Oregon Dept of Human Services. Including “The Case for Porn Literacy”.

We’ll have to have John Di Poala back on before the election. We really feel we only just scratched the surface with him.

This Week – Elections & Election Theft, Part 2

We welcome back Don Powers, who is part of a team looking at voter fraud and election theft around the country — and what is happening right here in Oregon. Don Powers is the co-chair of election integrity for the Oregon Republican Party (ORP). Odd, though, that the ORP doesn’t believe election theft happened in 2020 and doesn’t want candidates talking about it as an issue, as we talked about last week.

Read the article from John Solomon’s Just the News: Ballot Bombshells: 20 examples exposing fraud, illegalities and irregularities in 2020 election

This week, we talk more details about what Don’s team has uncovered in other states. Clear examples of voter fraud. Clear and proven examples of election theft. In Wisconsin. In Georgia. In Arizona. We hear about “missing data”. Ballot harvesting. Mules. And so much more.

And, most importantly, what’s the remedy? Decertify? What would that mean? Take a listen to find out.

Yes, Oregon, There Really Is Election Theft

Are the examples of election theft in other states happening here in Oregon? Absolutely.

When it comes to voter fraud and election theft, I think this, from John Solomon, really nails it: “At this point, there is no downside to cheating in Wisconsin [Or any state, I might add], when you have a governor that is shutting down a lot of the things that we — as Republicans and Democrats — have thought would make a fair and transparent election,”

No downside to cheating.

Think of where that leads.

This Week – Elections & Election Theft

Yes, there really was election theft in 2020. Yes, the election was stolen. The evidence is becoming overwhelming. So why is the Oregon Republican Party denying it? Why are they telling candidates not to discuss it?

We talk with now former superintendent of the Alsea School District, Marc Thielman, who stepped down to focus full time on his race for governor. Naturally, the left wing Democrat-Herald immediately launched a smear campaign against him.

Obviously they don’t want him in the race. What are they afraid of?

Evil in the Oregon Republican Party?

We also talk with Thielman about the recent events in the ORP, the Oregon Republican Party. Which, once again, is in disarray. And in an election year when Republicans should be winning going away.

Read Dallas Heard’s resignation letter, resigning as chairman of the ORP

Yes, there was cheating in 2020’s election

Then we talk with Don Powers about election theft and voter fraud in 2020’s elections. Yes, there are clear examples of fraud and election theft. What will it take to convince people that it really did happen?

People like the ORP.

Despite Don Powers being the Co-Chair of Election Integrity at the ORP, the official position of the ORP is that it didn’t happen and that candidates shouldn’t talk about it.

Show note: There is SO much to talk about with election theft, that we will be having Don on for the whole hour next week.

Take Action! Run for Office in 2022! List of Empty Seats in Oregon

Summary: March 8, 2022, the filing deadline, ended with multiple legislative races in Oregon with no candidates—ten seats in total (4 seats with no Republican candidate; six with no democrat candidates). These uncontested seats were an opportunity for conservative candidates who could potentially have advanced to the general election simply by registering to run in the primary.

Take Action Briefing

What: Oregon needs good conservatives to run for office. The list below shows open seats with no current candidate.
Who: All conservative Oregonians. Republicans and democrats. (NAVs don’t have primaries.)
How: Take action right now register with the state of Oregon for one of the seats that currently have no candidates.
When: Now, now, now! You must register for office by Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 5 p.m.
Why: If there are no other primary candidates for your political party, you will advance to the general election. In a year that should be good for conservatives up and down the ballot, way too many of these possible legislative seats have no candidates at. Do you really want to just give up a seat to the crazy Left? In New Jersey, some seats were won by conservatives in the general election spending less than $2,500. Oregon is struggling and they need your help!
