Original Air Dates: October 16th & 17th, 2021 | Guest: Jonathan Emord
This week: We talk with constitutional lawyer, Jonathan Emord. This book is so timely and so needed and so full of information that we have made this a two-part show.
The Authoritarians, Part Two
Today’s show is Part Two of our interview with Jonathan Emord. This week, we look more deeply into his book and focus on how authoritarianism (Marxism, socialism, communism) took hold here in America—the land of the free and birthplace of liberty. Think about it. How is it that just two generations removed from throwing off the king’s despotism, American politicians, educators, and even religious leaders were all trying to take us back down that road?
For those who know and understand socialism, it shouldn’t surprise that socialism began its creep into American society as a defense for slavery.
Tune in to hear the convoluted thinking that led Southerners to use socialism as a defense not just for slavery but as a defense against American’s founding ideology. That all men are equal. That all men are endowed with rights and freedoms from their Creator.
Did you miss Part One of The Authoritarians with Jonathan Emord? Go here to catch up!
As one of America’s top constitution lawyers for the last 35 years, Jonathan Emord has seen, up close and personally, the purposeful destruction of America’s founding principles of liberty and freedom from government. The Constitution outlines the boundaries of the government. But the authoritarians have been undermining it for well over a century.
Socialism: It’s Worse than You Thought
Part Two will also look into the inherent racism of Marxism and socialism. Bet most socialists and Marxist-wannabes in America have no idea that racism was an inherent part of their ideology.
But it’s worse even than that. Tune in to hear how the eugenics movement was (and still is) a key part of socialism. And how American judicial rulings set the precedent that the Nazis used in their defense at Nuremberg.
Yes. It’s true: The National Socialist Party was the epitome of socialism. Despite today’s socialists trying to run from their ties to the Nazis, they were the living example of what socialism could look like here on Earth.

This week: We talk with constitutional lawyer, Jonathan Emord. This book is so timely and so needed and so full of information that we have made this a two-part show.
The Authoritarians, Part One
Today’s show is Part One of a look at how we got here — where the law and especially the constitution doesn’t matter any more. How anti-America-as-founded forces have corrupted our system and seized power right in front of us while those in power who should have protected us, did nothing.
As one of America’s top constitution lawyers for the last 35 years, Jonathan Emord has seen, up close and personally, the purposeful destruction of America’s founding principles of liberty and freedom from government. Part One is the appetizer to whet your appetite for next week when we will more fully dig into his book, and focus on the origins of authoritarianism and how to stop it before its too late.

Original Air Dates: Sept 11 & 12, 2021 | Sen. Dennis Linthicum & Scott McEwen
This Week: 9/11 and an America Less Free
In memory of 9/11 we look back at the unity America showed in the days after. And even eight years on, groups like the 912 Project sprang up, formed by people who believed that how we behaved the day after the 9/11 attack was America’s defining moment. Coming together, accepting one another with one goal: stand together as Americans to protect America, her privileges, her people, and her freedoms.
But twenty years later we are faced with governmental actions that have become nightmares as the country is more divided than ever between the haves and have-nots. This time it’s not about money, but about our freedom to determine what is in, and isn’t in, our own body. A government fiercely picking apart the Constitutional freedoms we have relied on, and now telling us we must obey the whims of government to keep our careers. A government that wants to hold us down and force a syringe into our arm whether that person wants it or not.
It’s one thing to have a drug available, should one choose it. It’s quite another to mandate it and make it a condition for a normal life. Yellow Star, anyone?
At this point, does anyone actually believe that taking the vaccines, that it stops there?
But did you know there is no currently available FDA-approved vaccine? If you listen to the mainstream media, you probably think there is. Except there isn’t. And the “vaccine mandate” fail on two points of logic.
Dennis Linthicum: 9/11 Memories and Today’s Mandates
Our first guest, Senator Dennis Linthicum, takes us through where he was when he first learned of the attacks on the World Trade Center 20 years ago this weekend. And he notes that what we’re now facing today with our loss of rights and forced government mandates was nowhere on anybody’s horizon.
Be sure to get Dennis’s newsletter. It’s easy! Just send an email to dennis@electdennis.com
Dennis discusses some of the harsh realities of what Biden’s new vaccine mandate creates and how it compares to what Governor Kate has been pushing. We especially focus on the purposefully confusing language —“exceptions” rather than the legal term, “exemptions”—numbers that don’t add up, and lack of clarity within the mandates, that is twisting them into something that has given him and one other senator the necessary material they needed to request a grand jury investigation.
We will definitely be revisiting that grand jury with Sen. Linthicum—and soon.

Scott McEwen: Legal Side of Vaccine Mandates
Then we turn to bestselling author and recovering attorney, Scott McEwen, who takes us through a deep dive on the legal principles of lawsuits that have been or will be filed against these vaccine mandates. Scott talks to us about the one to watch, which will most likely wind its way to the Supreme Court. A professor is suing a university over a vaccine mandate.
Why? Because he’s already had contracted covid and has natural immunity.
This and others will be bringing to light many scientific facts that the government would not want proven in a court of law. You know. Real science, not the science-as-political-tool currently in use.
And don’t miss Scott’s take on the government forcing our military to take the vaccine and what it might mean for national security.
9/11 and the Loss of Afghanistan
We also get his take on what the loss of Afghanistan means to those who served there and his memories of 9/11.
Just like what happened the day after 9/11, Americans are fighting to preserve our liberties and constitutional rights. And these are the opening shots.

Vaccines: They’re not Safe, They’re not Effective
80% of Covid-19 deaths in August [in the UK] were people who had been vaccinated according to Public Health data (The Expose, Sept 7, 2021)
“[Isn’t it] extremely strange that the UK is in the middle of a third wave in the middle of summer? Especially when you consider that in summer 2020 Covid-19 deaths flat-lined to zero even though a Covid-19 injection was not available.
[Data] shows that the majority of confirmed cases are now among the vaccinated population. In the most recent week from 28th August to 3rd September 2021 the report shows that there were 20,744 confirmed cases among the unvaccinated population, who are more likely to be tested for the simple reason they have not been vaccinated.
But it also shows that there were 5,508 confirmed cases among the partly vaccinated population, and 16,810 cases among the fully vaccinated population – two populations who are least likely to be tested due to be being vaccinated.

This Week: With all these covid mandates and lockdowns and executive orders that have fines and punishments attached and yet aren’t really laws but are being portrayed as though they are—combined with our loss of freedoms, it’s hard to know where and how to push back. It’s bewildering. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an easy toolkit to take the guesswork out of it? Make things easy. And yet still be highly effective?
Well, look no further. We have it for you.
Covid Pushback
In all of this covid pandemic, it’s been the loss of our freedoms that is the most heartbreaking. The country our Founding Fathers gave their lives for, and our ancestors fought to maintain, is being stolen out from under us. Where did America go? When dictator-like governors, like Oregon’s, makes rules with whatever pops into her head.
Take a Stand! Text “stand” to 313131 to tell your legislators you believe in health freedom!
What’s worse is that these rules and mandates are designed to make us weak. We gained our freedoms by a commitment to God and country. We spoke with our fellow man. And we discussed and debated what freedom really was. We came together as a society. All these rules and mandates have driven us apart. They have kept us apart.
They have made us weak by taking away our normal means of standing up for the very freedoms being taken away.
The Next Phase: Covid Vaccine Passports
Have those in power learned a lesson? Do they fear the people—as they should? No. Those that have suffered no genuine pushback (like Oregon’s and New York’s governors) are more emboldened than ever. Which is why they are pushing now covid vaccine passports.
Make no mistake. These are completely modeled after China’s social credit score system. Doubt us? China has said they want to run the vaccine passport system. Because this hardened communist country that thinks nothing of murdering, imprisoning, and enslaving their own citizens totally want to make sure the rest of the world is free. Right?
Haven’t taken the covid vaccine yet? Thinking about it? Before you do, watch this short video.
What You’ll Learn This Week
We welcome Leah Wilson to the show this week. Leah is the co-founder and executive director of Stand for Health Freedom. We get to know her organization, what they do, and how they got their start—due to drugs being pushed onto helpless kids trapped in the foster-care system.
On this week’s show, you’ll get some clarity on the health care laws and rules out there. And some things you as an every day citizen can do. Not to mention what you can do to defend your business. We also talk about what’s happening right now in Oregon. The Petri Dish of Leftist politics and ideology.
Pay attention to Oregon. What happens here doesn’t stay here. It spreads like a disease, infecting other states. Right now, Oregon is on the verge of vaccine passports. We NEED to stop this. And here’s how.
Vaccine Passports Pushback: Tools to Win
Activism can be tough. It’s even harder when you don’t know where to start. Or you feel alone and powerless. Which is exactly how those in power want you to feel.
Well, no more. Now, using Health for Freedom’s simple, and easy to use tools, you can take a stand for freedom in as little as five minutes. You simply fill in some details and they do all the work for you. And it works.
Why? Because it applies the biggest pressure known to politicians: daylight. Politicians love to work in secret and not have people know what they’re doing. Stand for Health Freedom’s tools bring public exposure and lets politicians know you are watching them. You know. And you’re against it.
Face it. Politicians say they love democracy. But when it gets right down to it, they hate when people actually get engaged.
And that’s how you win.
Do it Now. Don’t Wait.
And time is of the essence. Oregon’s HB3057 that opens the door to vaccine passports breezed through the House. The bill will allow the Nazi-named Oregon Health Authority to disclose your “individually identifiable information and health status related to covid 19.”
Yep. It’s the vaccine passport. And, as we say, it already passed the House. Now it’s on to the Senate.
Why did it pass? Because people were silent. And not many people knew about it. That’s why it’s critical you get engaged right now.
And remember: if it happens in Oregon, it’s coming to your state too.
There are two ways to do it:
Go to Stand for Health Freedom’s Take Action page. Select your state and look for the action items. And then just follow the simple directions
Text the word “stand” (without the quotes) to 313131. Fill out the information and they will walk you through the rest.
The Covid Grand Jury
Remember two weeks ago when we had Dr. Henry Ealy on? He talked about the need to impanel a covid grand jury to dig into what really happened in the covid pandemic. The gain of function. How covid-19 was released in the first place. The involvement of our health departments. Dr. Fauci’s role. The bad data that led to the lockdowns. And so much more.
Now, you can help make that happen. Just head to SFHF’s petition page. Or simply text “CDC” to 313131.
Remember: being silent is how you lose freedoms. Don’t be silent.

Economics: Rich States, Poor States — Guess Where Oregon is

This Week: Economics isn’t always exciting — unless things are blowing up. Or it’s a horse race.
We welcome back Jonathan Williams, Chief Economist and Executive Vice President of Policy of the American Legislative Exchange Council. ALEC has just released their 2021 Rich States, Poor States guide for 2021, an annual guide to the 50 states’ economic outlook. Talk about good, bad, and ugly. Look no further than how the states are competing with one another.
The Overall U.S. Economy & Economics
Before we narrow down to the states, we first look at the overall economy. This is a bit of a continuation of the last time Jonathan was on, when we talked about the democrats’ shift to what we call “non-reality economics.” The democrats’ plans are an explosion of taxes and spending sprees (what did we just say about exploding economics…?).
That discussion, was about the radical shift we’re seeing the democrats trying desperately to push on the U.S. Which, sadly, takes a hard left turn away from what has made America successful. It’s a fantasy land where debt has no meaning, money is infinite, and all we need to do is print money and borrow until every there’s a unicorn in every garage and a leprechaun in every pot.
But the problem democrats always run into is simple one. Reality. And there’s proof, thanks to the 50 test tubes of democracy that make up America.
Good Economies: How NOT to do it
Sometimes, to know what to do, it helps to know what not to do. And look no further than New York State, which had the worst response to covid and lost a congressional seat due to people fleeing the Empire State. And now new York will punish the people and businesses that for some reason haven’t left. Yet.
We talk with Jonathan about his terrific article in the National Review, “The Fallout from ‘Progressive’ Budgets in New York.” There has been a massive shift in who pays for things. Now, instead of New York being in debt to cover its debt, everyone else gets to go in debt to cover New York’s debts.
And that’s the direction we as a nation are headed. Where there is a fundamental shift in who pays for things: everyone is paying for everyone else. That’s socialism. Marxist ideology pushed onto America.
Socialism only survives as long as it is able to feed off the success of capitalism
– Mark Anderson
Rich States, Poor States
Why and how economies and economic policies work is sometimes beyond people’s wheelhouse. But everyone understands competition, right? Who’s best. Who’s worst. And who’s on the way up and who’s on the way down.
That’s where Rich States, Poor States comes in. (You can download your own copy right here.) RSPS is a look back at the states’ economic performances over the last 10 years—of available data. This year, its’ a look at 2009–2019.
The backward-looking economic performance ranking examines how well states did. Oregon, from 2009–2019, really didn’t do too bad. This ranking looks at three variables: a state’s gross domestic product, their absolute domestic migration, and non-farm payroll.
Take a look at Oregon’s charts. And look at how well they’re correlated. As the state did better and better, culminating in 2015, people moved in (especially in 2016). Payrolls went up. And then, as Oregon’s GDP declined, there went the people. And payrolls dropped.
See? Economics isn’t too hard.
Oregon’s Economic Outlook
When it comes to Oregon’s economic outlook ranking, every year we’re like “please don’t embarrass us, please don’t embarrass us…” And then there we are. Near the bottom. Again. But it’s even worse this year.
You’ll have to tune in to hear just how bad. (Or, you could cheat and go right to Rich States Poor States to find out.) But here’s a hint. We beat even our idiot neighbor to the south in some categories. In fact, in the worst possible category. And we’re worse than New York State in some categories. You know, the one state we just mentioned. How not to run an economy.
Although at least the beat us to the bottom for the worst outlook. Hey. You gotta look for the positive right?

Equity & Fairness (But Only if You’re the Correct Kind)
Show Summary: Last week, our guest said a new focus of the political left is to infuse “equity and fairness” into everything. Original Air Dates: March 13th & 14th, 2021 | Nadra Enzi & David Ridenour
This Week: During Biden’s recent national address (actually, it’s been his only national address since ascending to the presidency), he pushed the point that if Americans would just obey the mandates they’d be allowed to celebrate Independence Day. Really? We must have very different ideas about the concept of independence.
Equity and Fairness
Actually, Joe’s approach could safely be called the far-left’s approach to governing, maybe even life. If you’d just throw down your inalienable rights, we’ll let you live. And you’ll think you’re free because we won’t mess with you as long as you do everything we tell you to. And that’s where America is heading under a Biden presidency. Follow the mandates regardless of Constitutional rights and we’ll get along just fine.
And, if you missed our show last week, with Kimberly Hermann of Southeastern Legal Foundation, you got a hint of it. Fairness and equity. This is the new focus of the political Left. The Marxists in all their forms.
Fairness and Equity: Socialized Medicine Version
Two of the big mandates, or rules, they want to push on America is socialized medicine and climate change. Both prescribe a different way of life that hands over personal freedoms and decisions in exchange for “government protections”.
Protections that allow the government to dominate every part of the American way of life. And remember: if they’re protecting it. They can also take it away.
And just wait until the vaccine mandates start coming out— determining whether or not you’ll be allowed to travel if you don’t have one, as countries gather to collectively agree do so mimicking a one world order.
Nadra Enzi: Leftists choose Ideology over All Else
So this week, we pick apart that agenda and how it’s trickling down into government policies and programs. Like reparations and soon the push to continue to fully socialize medicine. What’s driving all this? Ideology.
To talk about all of this we bring back a favored guest, Nadra Enzi, who fights a daily battle to bring law enforcement and community together for a safer life. A community safety advocate, he’s been on the battlefield of fighting for personal freedoms for years and discusses why now the push has become defunding police and reparations. All in the name of equity and fairness.
But when you break it down, it’s really only targeted for a few. And it’s really about those in power who want more power by dividing us.
David Ridenour, President of NCPPR
Then we talk to David Ridenour, founder and president of the National Center for Public Policy Research. David lived in Oregon many years ago, and things have certainly changed in this state. We discuss why NCPPR started in the Reagan days as a conservative think tank.
And there’s no greater example of Marxist ideology than socialized healthcare. We’re living through it right now. Because, as we’ve said many times on I Spy Radio, if you give the government power over your healthcare, you give them the right to control every part of your life. W
hy? Because now you’re fiduciary liability to them.
Government has the Lock. You Gave them the Key
And just look what we’re seeing. Covid has been the tool to lockdown the country, destroy a booming economy, and the excuse to demand compliance from citizens on everything from wearing masks to how close you’re allowed to stand. So we talk with David about socialized medicine as a key to condition people to accepting government. In every aspect of your life. After all, it’s about fairness and equity, right?
With the push toward a socialist state being driven harder than ever before, the work NCPPR does is more important now than ever.

“Both safety citizens and police critics hoped earlier community policing policies would be the solution to long-term tensions between law enforcement and urban communities. This Week: Yes, Virginia, voter fraud is real. But it’s nothing in comparison to what we’re seeing in 2020: election theft. It’s the difference between a purse snatch and raiding a bank vault.
What we’re seeing in 2020 is the undermining of the most basic fundamental right we have in America: a free and fair election. But it didn’t just happen. What we’re seeing is a massive effort to steal an election. It shouldn’t surprise anyone. We saw the democrats try to steal the 2016 election by using federal agencies to stage a coup. Why would the democrats not use state and local agencies to steal the 2020 election?
Election Theft: It’s Real
We’re joined this week by Thomas Raineri, a lawyer who volunteered with President Trump’s reelection team, and was on the ground near Pittsburgh. WATCH THIS VIDEO. An interview with Russell Ramsland, a source on electronic voter fraud. You will be astounded how vulnerable our voting systems truly are.
And that was just the start of it. Join us to hear just some of what Thomas witnesses and heard that day, as Democrats tried, quite literally, every trick in the voter fraud book to steal the election.
Election Theft: What’s being done
Then we’ll be joined by James Hirsen. While James is known for his best-selling books and terrific articles (see jameshirsen.com), he is also an attorney. And he’s been part of cases argued before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Be patient. Wait. It will take time. The key is to get it right.

We talk with James about some of the election theft happening in other states besides Pennsylvania. And we discuss what’s being done about this by Team Trump.
He’s the message: Don’t give up.
Never. Never give up. Because the fraud, the corruption, and the election theft is being exposed.

James Hirsen’s Patriotic Music
As mentioned during the show, James has terrific patriotic music. And we need it right now. Check out the following links.

Orders v Constitutional Rights: Fighting Back Against Mandate Abuse
Show Summary: Are politicians and others exploiting Covid-19 to push agendas? Where are our rights in the middle of this panic-demic? We talk with Southeastern Legal Foundations, Kim Hermann to find out how we defend ourselves in an era of Covid overreach. Are states liable for their orders?

Air Dates: Aug 22nd & 23rd, 2020 | Kim Hermann, General Counsel for Southeastern Legal Foundation
Like in so many Democrat-controlled states, Oregon’s mandates and “emergency orders” have given many Oregonians pause, as we decide what are true “safety issues,” and which are actually eroding our constitutional rights. Especially when the orders consist of being locked into our homes or locked out of our favorite businesses. Or being told you have to wear masks, to the point of absurdity. (Recently, a Wyoming department even mandated people had to wear a mask, even if they were at home, alone, on a teleconference.) And all of that after the pretense of being falsely told that these orders would last only “15 days to flatten the curve.” Five months ago.
Mandates and Endless Orders
We’re told we must wear masks to enter a business. Or stand 6 feet apart. Or both. We can’t hug or shake hands. And you certainly can’t have any interaction, like churches or actually non-violent protests that might threaten the State’s power of telling us how to behave and think. Because, without exception, we are supposed to think that everything the state and our ‘dear leaders” tells us is for our own good. And cannot be questioned, opposed, or go unfollowed. Even if you believe some of these orders are immaterial, immoral, or even illegal. Not to mention unscientific. But, don’t you dare ask (or think) such things.
Where are All the Lawyers?
And what’s very interesting throughout this questionable time of panic-demic, we’ve wondered where are all the lawyers? Normally we would see a bazillion of lawsuits except now it seems many lawyers have been quiet. Why?
Well, it turns out there are some valid reasons and we discuss it on the show this weekend with Kim Hermann, General Counsel for Southeastern Legal Foundation.
Southeastern Legal Foundation: Fighting Back
This show is about defending our rights but also about taking the fight to the government that is abandoning their responsibilities—while taking away rights.
Could it be that the Left may have found the Achilles Heel to take away our constitutional rights? Just claim a health emergency? And you have no rights? Democrats who are controlling these blue states are keeping the voters powerless, as they use such hammers as OSHA. OSHA tells private businesses that if masks are not worn by their customers, OSHA will shut the business down. Is that legal? We discuss that too.
A Doctor Gets Attacked for Standing Up for Truth
Dr. Steve LaTulippe, a medical doctor in the Willamette Valley has come under attack. Why? Because he has dared to point out on social media that the mandates are causing their own set of problems. pointed out that the mask orders and other mandates are causing their own set of problems.
SIX MONTHS AGO I treated my last Covid-19 patient. Since then I’ve treated hundreds of Covid-related collateral damage: depression, anxiety, anger, divorce, drug abuse, mask trauma (impetigo, asthma, fatigue, headaches, syncope, etc.), and a slew of hopelessness. Fight the fraud! pic.twitter.com/U9U7211fpj
The 3 most common mask symptoms: headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath. Staphylococcus pneumonia is becoming very common—and deadly! https://t.co/249VVZCy8z
Developing: We’re also hearing that hospital doctors, nurses, and other workers are being told—as a condition of employment—not to talk about health problems that result from mandates and state orders. So the state orders people to wear masks and stay home. And then they’re also ordering people not to to talk about the problems that result from those orders? Got it. Totalitarianism comes to Oregon.
Standing Up to Mandate Abuse & Liability
If you’re forced to shut down, who’s liable for the lost income? Who’s liable for forcing people into masks that now have shown to cause headaches, rashes, and a host of problems. Should, or can, the state, be held liable for the problems it created?
Where are the Lawyers on this? Where are all the class-action lawsuits?
Follow our guest, Kim Hermann, on Twitter @kimmiehermann
And what about those states that haven’t followed shutdowns, such as South Dakota, which has large cities, yet their number of deaths is lower than blue states that have locked down.
And what about contact tracing? How does that not go against the 4th Amendment?
Or what can you do if someone from the state shows up on your doorstep, demanding a cheek swab? Or wants to put you in quarantine?
And what about mandatory vaccines?
We turn to Kim Hermann and the Southeastern Legal Foundation, to get some answers of what rights we have and what to do about the ones we want protected. Does the Constitution trump local emergency orders? Or is a governor, like Gov Kate, allowed to indiscriminately continue with emergency orders, without legislative oversight, and no determination of when the orders end, or what will happen when they do.
Fighting Back
You’ll want to hear this week’s show and the fights that SLF has already taken up on college campuses that opened the doors to using Covid reporting forms to shut down organizations they may not agree with politically. Listen to Kim explain what they’re doing to protect student’s rights, and what SLF, lawyers, and citizens can do to help fight against these blue state, and out-of-control governors.
It’s definitely time for some answers and maybe it’s time for some actions. If you’re being ordered to be silent, it’s time not to be. If your business is being threatened, it’s past time to speak up. Or all of your rights are at stake.
Show Summary: The media-induced panic-mongering over the corona virus reached new heights this week. Or maybe lows. In either case, with their focus on panic, it means they’re overlooking the good news. Also, Timber Unity takes action in Oregon to get leaders with common sense into office.
Five Different Times, on Seven Different Stations. Listen anywhere! All stations stream live!
This Week: As much of America starts slowing down, self-quarantining, or through social distancing, we’ve had to rely on the very media that many have wondered if they will ever be truthful, as we assess our way through this challenge. Difficult times for sure.
Challenges that we never imagined a few weeks ago, after a big win to stop Oregon’s cap and trade bill. Only to end up faced with corona virus, which many states’ governors have used to shut down the economy in their states.
To get a handle on these issues we talk to two people: attorney, James Hirsen, who specializes in media psychology, and Timber Unity’s spokesperson, and small business owner, Angelita Sanchez.
Media’s Corona Virus Panic-Mongering
First up is James Hirsen, offering his insights on the media’s irresponsibility on their reporting—or misreporting. And what a shame that truly is. President Trump fights to correct problems that Americans are facing—while having to fight off both media and Democrats attacks every step of the way. Apparently, the constant fight the last three years has given him the experience he needed to deal with Corona Virus.
It’s bad enough when the media lies or pushes outright hoaxes, but its perhaps even worse when many times the good news from the president, goes completely unreported. Instead the, media spends their energy sensationalizing the news, the very information we try to depend on to try to make good decisions for our businesses and families.

Timber Unity: How are Truckers Dealing with Corona Virus?
Then up next, Angelita Sanchez who takes a more personalized approach as she helps us to understand what our nation’s truckers are experiencing; many of whom are small-businesses owners.
Tune in to hear what this vital industry is faced with, as vendors they depend on for work are shut down by government. She not only gives us insights into the big challenges, and her own personal struggles. Angelita was fortunate enough to join a select number of small business owners for a group telephone call with the President and White House staff to hear how he’s going to help keep small businesses whole. The aid package includes cash help and some loans for disaster help. She says it gave her hope. What she shares will give you hope too.
Lots of information packed into an hour that you don’t want to miss.
Show Summary: Scientific American said that without Michael Mann’s “Hockey Stick” there would be no Global Warming Alarmism. Dr. Tim Ball won his lawsuit against Mann and his vaunted hockey stick—so is this the beginning of the end for the Climate Change movement?
Five Different Times, on Seven Different Stations. Listen anywhere! All stations stream live!
What is it that AOC has been championing? Oh yes, we have 12 years to live. And while some of us are old enough to remember four previous “we only have 10 years to do something” events, she’s a good marketer because millennials are so terrified of global warming, they’ve been actually committing suicide over it.
Seriously.
It would be funny if it weren’t so sadly true.
Officialdom of Global Warming Scaremongering
One reason people take this nonsense of Global Warming seriously is because of official reports, like the UN Special Report on Global Warming, released in October, 2018. If you look through it, there it is: 2030 as doomsday. Just 11 years from now as the point of no return—if we keep on our current path and don’t do something. And it’s mentioned 35 times in the report.
So, is it marketing? Or scientific research?
Mann’s Vaunted Hockey Stick
Back in July, we had Dr. Tim Ball on I Spy Radio to discuss American exceptionalism. After our interview, Dr. Ball gave us a heads-up about some fake numbers and scaremongering the IPCC were releasing to prop up their global warming alarmism. We penciled him in for early September.
But then something amazing happened. Because during our wait to have him back on, he won a huge, HUGE court decision on the defamation lawsuit brought by Michael Mann, the hockey stick inventor. The hockey stick that has become the “proof” of global warming.
Hockey Stick or Science Schtick?
Dr. Ball had been sued because he’d taken Mann’s science to task and Mann, not appreciating anyone daring to doubt his science schtick, decided to sue Dr Ball over defamation.
But there was a problem when Dr. Ball asked for Mann’s evidence. Mann wouldn’t deliver the computer program he’s used to interpret the numbers to arrive at his conclusions.
A scientist who didn’t want to reveal his data? Or his methods? That’s a violation of a basic tenant of science: always show your work so others can independently verify it. Instead, Mann cried that his “proprietary information” couldn’t be revealed. Basically, Mann had created his own secret version of Microsoft Excel to interpret the data. No wonder then that no one else has been able to come up with the same results using the same data.
And that’s why it’s not so much a hockey stick as hockey schtick.
But it makes you wonder. If a scientist doesn’t want to reveal his data, is he a scientist? Or a marketer? Or a marketer pretending to be a scientist?
And ask yourself this. Why would Mann create falsified evidence of something that didn’t exist — unless he stood to profit from it?
Tune in this week for an inspiring and in-depth look at why you never give up. Especially when you’re right.
And what’s really exciting? Dr. Ball’s win may have saved the world from this ongoing hoax.

“The Weaver defamation case involved an article Ball wrote saying that the IPCC had diverted almost all climate research funding and scientific investigation to anthropogenic global warming (AGW). This meant that there was virtually no advance in the wider understanding of climate and climate change.”
