15-09 Activist Judges and a New Twist on Chemtrails

Show 15-09 Summary: Activist judges and chemtrails twist. We celebrate a personal and professional win with Kimberly Hermann from Southeastern Legal. Then we get her take as a practicing attorney on these activist judges attempting to stop every executive order. Do they even have the authority? Or (their favorite) “standing”? And then we talk with Chuck Wiese about a conspiracy theory people have been asking us to look into for over 15 years. Except it’s not quite the conspiracy they think it is. But there is something afoot.

This Week – Activist Judges and Are Chemtrails Real After All?

This week we talk with Kimberly Herman of Southeastern Legal Foundation about her invite to the White House to celebrate an executive order SLF has been fighting for — keeping men out of women’s sports. This is not just a professional win but a truly personal one. Especially with a young daughter who loves sports. We also talk about some of President Trump’s executive orders that may impact

Kimberly is not just the executive director for Southeastern Legal. She is also a practicing attorney, arguing federal court cases. So most of our conversation is about those activist judges who are throwing themselves (and the country) in front of the Trump Train. What can be done about them? Do they have the authority to insert themselves in executive orders? Find out why this almost never happens.

And we look at the courts themselves. Is it time to redo the courts?  And what about that clause in Article III, Section 1 about judges “shall hold their Offices during good behavior”?

New Twist on an Old Conspiracy Theory?

And then in the second-half of the show, we talk with fan-favorite, Chuck Wiese, about a conspiracy theory that listeners have been asking us to look into for over 15 years. Except it’s not quite the conspiracy they think it is. But there’s definitely something afoot.

In case you’re not up to speed on chemtrails, people have been speculating that patterns in the sky from jet contrails are something more than just jet exhaust. The theory is that secret government projects have been lacing the skies with unknown chemicals. There is a lot of debate over, who is doing, what they’re spraying, and why they’re doing it. Some say weather modification. Others say it has to do with climate change. Still others say it’s something far worse and more sinister. Like increasing sterility. And over the years, the theory has grown in popularity. So what’s really going on?

Chuck is the perfect guest for this. He is a meteorologist, trained scientist, and global warming debunker. And he’s a pilot. He spent decades in the sky as a commercial airlines jet pilot. Cloud seeding is a real thing. And has a long history. But that’s not the same as chemtrails.

However, there is new speculation that is putting a twist on things. A recent — albeit somewhat confusing — article in Just the News covered a new angle on chemtrails. The short end of it is that while people have speculated about chemtrails with lots of opinions but little actual evidence, geoengineering to impact “Climate Change” may be behind some of it.

Read the article that started this chemtrails / geoengineering discussion: “Politics of Climate Tech: Billions spent on geo-engineering despite objections

But is it happening? Yes and no. But tune in to hear the nonsense proposed by these Global Warmers to fight fossil fuel emissions to offset “CO2 warming” by using even more fossil fuel emissions. And how their efforts may cause even more damage while having no real impact on “warming.”

If it sounds insane, it’s because it is.

Bridget Barton - Outsider candidate for Oregon governorShow Summary: Why elections matter. All elections. Not just the ones at the top of the ticket. But all the way down to city councilors, D.A.s, and judges—as one governor found out too late. And we talk with outsider, Bridget Barton on her own run for Oregon’s governor and how she’ll fix the quagmire of Oregon’s government when most everyone in that government will be against her.

This Week – The Importance of Elections

Far, far too many people only vote for those at the top of the ticket. In part, because those are the names the recognize. Who pays attention to city councilors or district attorneys, right?

We all should. Because this week, we talk with Kimberly Hermann, the general counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation about the strange case of a George Soros prosecutor in Missouri, Kim Gardner. Garnder targeted and removed a duly elected governor from office.

But it turns out that the prosecutor made it up. Just like in the Russia collusion narrative concocted by democrats, there was no evidence, and Gardner lied about it. But—mission accomplished—she effectively removed the duly elected governor.

But it’s not over. Because now, Southeastern Legal Foundation, which is John Solomon’s attorney, won their case before Missouri’s Supreme Court to get public records from Gardner’s office, including all communications between state officials, individuals, groups, and even Gardner’s real boss: George Soros.

Bridget Barton for Oregon Governor

We continue our discussion on why elections matter as we welcome first-time guest, Bridget Barton, who is one of many (too many!) Republican candidates for Oregon’s governor. Bridget Barton is definitely a political outsider as a first-time candidate and clearly not the preferred pick of the ORP. Oregon Republican Party.

But what separates her from the pack? What makes her uniquely qualified to tackle Oregon’s version of “The Swamp”?

To find out more about Bridget Barton as a candidate, head to www.bridgetbartonfororegon.com

Bridget has a 30-year career of running a successful conservative business magazine, Brainstorm NW, in which they advocated for conservative solutions to Oregon’s many problems. If only Oregon had listened, maybe we wouldn’t be a national leader of how not to solve problems. Like crime, homelessness, and addiction.

Be sure to tune in to hear her solutions, which have worked when they’ve been tried, and what makes her personal story so relevant to Oregon’s problems.

Fighting the Woke | Covid Exposed More than a Nasty Disease

Show Summary: Covid has exposed the rot in the system. It was always there but now people are waking up to it. This week, we look at the woke the Left didn’t want you to see. CRT in the classroom (yes, Virginia, it was there all along). Teacher’s union promotes “White fragility” and endorses racism. Plus corporate wokeness and a new congressional scandal so bad that even AOC gets it right.

Exposing the Woke Rot

This week, we’re welcoming back two organizations out on the front lines of liberty, the Southeastern Legal Foundation and the Free Enterprise Project.

SLF recently discovered some documents the nation’s largest teachers’ union, the NEA (National Education Association) tried to hide from the public about what, exactly, they were supporting being taught in America’s classrooms. Now, why would they want to hide that? We talk with Kimberly Hermann about just what they discovered on the NEA’s website. And we talk with her about the continuing battles in the classroom. Including some legal remedies for parents who’ve been contacted by the FBI after they show up at board meetings.

See SLF’s Twitter thread about uncovering the documents  the NEA tried to hide. Sickening this is being taught to your kids.

And the Free Enterprise Project continues its fight in the shareholders meetings of America’s wokest companies. How woke? Like Visa still sponsoring the Winter Olympics in China. Despite the fact the U.S. government has boycotted the games because of China’s genocide against its own people. We talk with Justin Danhoff about exposing and fighting  the corporate wokeness and he has tools for others to get involved.

Plus, we talk about a new scandal in Congress that is so bad, it might just have you agreeing with AOC of all people. Insider trading. But did you know Congress passed a law to “stop” this, the STOCK Act? Except it doesn’t stop anything. Listen in and find out why.

It’s no secret that the American oligarchy of Big Business, Big Government, and Big Media hate Americans. At least the “wrong kind.”

What is the “wrong kind”? Republicans. Conservatives. And especially Trump supporters. Suddenly, politics is the new racism. And if you’re not in the correct party with the correct beliefs, you’re on the outside looking in. It’s not just an American oligarchy either. We all thought Biden was bought by China and foreign interests. And his first days in office confirmed just that as he weakened American energy independence and opened the door to more China and international influence in America.

Oligarchy is a form of power structure in which power rests with a small number of people. These people may be distinguished by nobility, wealth, education, corporate, religious, political, or military control.

American Oligarchy

Right now, the American oligarchy—the triumvirate of Big Government, Big Business (which includes Big Tech), and Big Media—seems indestructible. But like any three-legged stool, take out one leg and the oligarchy topples. And every oligarchy inevitably falls when all the little Davids use the weapons they have.

But what weapons do we have?

Legal Tools to Fight the Oligarchy

If you’re a conservative, you’re not only a “racist” but the victim of political racism. First they accuse of being a racist. Now they attack you with racist-style tactics. If you’re a republican or conservative or especially if you’re Trump supporter, they want you excluded from any level of politics. So much for diversity. They don’t want you in the building. They make broad decisions about you, claiming they know who you are and how you think, and want to exclude you just because you’re a republican or conservative or Trump supporter.

The “conservatives-only” drinking fountains are next.

But there are means to fight back against the oligarchy. Especially legal tools. Many people know about anti-discrimination HR laws like the ADA and Civil Rights Act, which prohibits hiring and firing based on race, sex, and religion. But most people don’t know that when it comes to politics, you can absolutely discriminate. Yes, the laws — passed by politicians — protect political discrimination.

Justin Danhof: The Free Enterprise Project

First up, we bring back Justin Danhof, General Counsel for the National Center for Public Policy Research. We wanted to have him back to focus the legal side of fighting back against Big Tech and Big Business.

The Free Enterprise Project is a program of the National Center for Public Policy Research. Their mandate is “to provide the liberty movement the missing ingredients for success.” Your donation will help keep them fighting for you.

We talk with Justin about what individuals can do to push back against the Big-Tech/Big-Business leg of the American oligarchy stool. Tune in to hear about individual actions you can take. And are there also class actions coming?

Kimberly Hermann: Southeastern Legal Foundation

In the land of the American Oligarchy, there are no end of legal battles to be had. And Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) is constantly out there fight for American rights and freedoms.

Support the Southeastern Legal Foundation. They are “dedicated to advocating limited government, protecting American freedom, and defending individual liberties”. They have taken on and won landmark constitutional U.S. Supreme Court cases. Help keep them on the front lines, fighting for you.

We talk with Kimberly about the endless executive orders, political discrimination, and the sickening and overtly racist “critical race theory” that they are fighting. SLF just joined a coalition of partners to drive critical race theory out of public offices and schools. And we get her take on the coming impeachment fight.

Does the Constitution even matter anymore?

Tune in. Learn. Fight back.
