16-04 Why Republicans Winning Oregon Elections Just Got More Likely

16-04 Why Republicans Winning Oregon Elections Just Got More Likely

Show 16-04 Summary:  This week, it’s Oregon’s all important 2026 elections — and why things will change. We start with Representative Ed Diehl (HD17) to talk about his decision to run for Oregon’s governor. Can he win? Find out why we certainly think he will not only win the primary, he will win the general. But can he really win in a state known for its lack of election integrity? Including having what Judicial Watch called “the dirtiest voter rolls in the nation.” We talk with Judicial Watch’s senior attorney, Eric Lee, about their lawsuit — and why last week’s SCOTUS ruling opens the door to fundamentally changing elections. Including right here in Oregon.

This Week – Republicans Winning Oregon’s Elections

When we last talked to Ed Diehl at the end of December, we scheduled this week to continue our discussion on fraud in Oregon (hold our beer, Minnesota) and legislative days in Salem. But the night before our interview on Wednesday, news broke he was going to run for Oregon governor.

How do we not talk about that? We have been urging Ed to run for governor for at least a couple of years. We talk about his race, what changed his mind, and his competition—both Republican and Democrat. Plus, we do get a chance to talk about fraud, including what he will do about it as governor.

Plus, we talk about that all-important No Gas tax petition drive that will not only help Ed Diehl win Oregon’s 2026 governor’s race, but help sink Democrats. Democrats might not lose their majorities in the house or senate—although they just might find themselves in the minority after November—hey will definitely lose their super majorities in both chambers.

Want to find out more about Ed Diehl, candidate for Oregon governor? Head to Ed’s website. Remember: deep pocket donors wait to see how many smaller donors are sending in money. They need to see that interest. It’s their way of judging a candidate’s chances before committing bigger money.

Then we welcome back Eric Lee, senior attorney on Judicial Watch’s election integrity team, to discuss their lawsuit against Oregon to force them to clean up their voter rolls. And there was a major admission on Oregon’s part about its dirty rolls just last week. Whoops.

But before we get there, we get Eric’s take on last week’s SCOTUS ruling in Bost v. Illinois Board of Elections. On the surface, it was about whether a candidate had standing. But dig a little (which the leftstream media did its best not to do) and it is much. much bigger. How much bigger? Enough that it could fundamentally change elections. And people might just trust them again.

Is This Simple SCOTUS Ruling the Gateway to Election Integrity?

Published on January 17, 2026

About This Episode

This week we talk with Dr. Jerome Corsi, a noted expert on election integrity, to take a deeper look at largely unnoticed Supreme Court ruling that may just have started a giant snowball rolling to restore election integrity. On the surface, the case sounded entirely procedural— whether a candidate had standing or not to bring a lawsuit challenging the endless counting of ballots after Election Day. Find out why this ruling sends the message that SCOTUS wants people to be able to trust our elections again.

Show Notes

  • 00:00 – Overview of SCOTUS ruling in Bost v. Illinois State Board of Elections overview and why it’s clearly not “just” standing
  • 08:50 – The game-changing aspects of this SCOTUS ruling to restore confidence in our elections. Does Chief Justice Roberts know 2020 elections were stolen? Warning shot how SOCTUS likely to rule on the never-ending counting of ballots after election day?
  • 17:13 – Ongoing implications of this ruling — just at a time when Trump’s DOJ suing states over voter rolls and other election integrity issues. How the roll out exposing Minnesota fraud is being mirrored to  expose election fraud.
  • 25:26 – Venezuela’s Maduro and what he knows about election fraud here. Minnesota fraud. Why Democrats wanted illegals flooding our border. (It wasn’t just to get votes.)
  • 34:21 – Tina Peter tried to expose election fraud. She was jailed. A three-judge panel just roasted the prosecutors in that case along with the original judge and his sentencing. Corsi is good friends with one of her attorneys, Peter Ticktin.
  • 40:04 – Opening the floodgates of more election clerks coming forward with what they know? Democrats and their fraud-industrial complex. Ruling impact on lower courts. How to now challenge elections and restore integrity. What about Trump’s truckloads of evidence of 2020 election fraud?

Transcript

(Opener only) The law can be a weird thing. And one of the weirder things is the issue of standing. Basically, whether you can show the court that you suffered a unique, particular harm.

Now, when it comes to things like election integrity You might think that everyday voters could bring such a lawsuit. Especially when such a lawsuit could restore trust in the election by forcing the state to do things like demand voter ID, or cleaning up voter rolls so people don’t vote illegally.

Sadly, in a nutshell, crooked elections don’t harm people uniquely. They harm all of us. Voters bear the brunt of the outcomes of elections.

If someone is willing to cheat to get elected — they will make bad laws and decisions. They don’t cheat to get elected and then suddenly find morality after they win. No they will create the means and opportunity for things like all of that fraud being uncovered in Minnesota and elsewhere.

This week, in a case that went mostly unnoticed, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that a candidate has standing in an election integrity case.

And while that may not sound like a big deal, what’s fascinating about this case is below the surface — the underlying reasoning and arguments why they have standing, and why you may not realize it but we just took a yuge step forward to restore trust in elections.

I’d like to welcome back Dr. Jerome Corsi, he is the author of about 30 books, six of those ended up on the New York Times best-seller list and two of those hit number one. He is the founder and CEO of Corsi Nation dot com and  you should also definitely visit his other site, God’s Five Stones dot com. Doctor Corsi, it’s great to talk to you again…

16-03 Is This the Gateway to Election Integrity?

Show 16-03 Summary:  This week we take a deeper look at the Supreme Court ruling that may just have started the snowball rolling to restore election integrity. On the surface the case sounded entirely procedural— whether a candidate had standing to bring a lawsuit to stop endless counting of ballots after Election Day. But what this really did was send the message that we need to be able to trust our elections again. And that means being able to trust the people that get elected and how they got elected.

Air Dates: January 17th & 18th, 2026 | Guest: NY Times #1 best-selling author, Dr. Jerome Corsi

So far, it seems not too many in the “mainstream media” have wanted to report on it. Not in any real depth anyway. And not on the election integrity aspects of the ruling. And definitely no excitement about it. Maybe they hope it all goes away?

One of the more shocking aspects of the ruling is Chief Justice John Roberts authored the majority opinion. What happened for Roberts to see the light? Don’t miss out on Dr. Corsi’s explanation of why. That plus explanations why this ruling specifically targets trust and not just standing, Tina Peters, the Democrats’ fraud-industrial complex, and what Trump will be doing next to expose election fraud. Including and especially the 2020 election.

No Gas Tax Signatures Explode Beyond Wildest Expectations

How can you tell when elected Democrats start to panic? When they blame someone else for the problems they created. How can you tell when elected Democrats aren’t starting to panic? When they blame someone else for the problems they created.

This week, we talk with Rep. Ed Diehl (HD-17) about the phenomenal signature gathering effort to get insight on why it’s been so successful. As of our interview, they already have more than double their goal and way ahead of schedule. It has been a true grassroots effort, with zero paid signature gatherers.

We also get a behind-the-scenes look at what insiders were saying why it would fail—and the dirty tricks unions, democrats, and Governor Kotek used to try to derail it. And dirty tricks they could still use to derail it. So much for Democrats being for “democracy,” right?

And then there are the scandals in other blue states that almost certainly have happened here, ones we already know happened here, and how they are doing it. Plus, the Far Left’s political strategy on “affordability” and the “fraud gateway” that Elon Musk’s DOGE uncovered.

15-47 Dispatches from the Jungle | Shocking Election Fraud Revelations

15-47 Dispatches from the Jungle | Shocking Election Fraud Revelations

Show 15-47 Summary:  Brace yourself. The Left will cling to its cults and election frauds the way conservatives cling to their guns and Bibles. We talk with Craig Rucker who journeyed into the jungle (literally) to expose the latest COP30—the annual Climate Change synod. Is the Green Religion on the way out? And shocking details from Peter Ticktin about the Tina Peters case and a lawyer Michigan is trying to jail who had permission from a judge to look at the Dominion voting machines. Why? Because what she found exposed the fraud. The Far Left’s religion and election fraud. A dangerous combination.

This Week – The Far Left’s Religion and Election Fraud

The Far Left’s Religion and Election Fraud are more dangerous and more intertwined than you might think. We know the Far Left wants socialism. We also know socialism doesn’t work. There’s that whole ignores-reality-and-human-nature thing, of course. But look no further than anytime the Left runs anything. Portland. Chicago. Venezuela. You know. Where socialism works so badly, they’re eating zoo animals.

We talk with Craig Rucker, co-founder and president of CFACT, who braved the 30th annual Climate Change enclave known as COP30 (Conference of the Parties). Think of it as the HOA for Global Warming. Where a bunch of Karens get together (on taxpayer-funded vacations) to complain about everyone else and whatever isn’t being done about Climate Change. Like that it’s not happening.

And if you think socialism doesn’t work, take a listen to how shoddy the whole COP30 confab was run. And some prime examples of “do as we say, not as we do” hypocrisy. Signs of what’s to come, if the Far Left wins more elections.

Shocking Election Fraud – The Case of Stefanie Lambert

You likely know about Tina Peters. The Gold Star Mom who exposed election fraud in Colorado. And because she exposed it, a far-left judge locked her up. But it’s worse. She filed a grievance with the warden — not about the warden. About the a “teacher” in the prison. This is an official reporting mechanism designed to protect prisoners from abuse.

So what did the warden do? He put Tina Peters in solitary confinement. Because that’s what authoritarians do.

But thanks to9 Peter Ticktin, her days in prison may be numbered. Tune in to hear how he thinks a presidential pardon may break her out. “But it’s a state crime not a federal crime” you say? Well, Ticktin may have the way around it.

And definitely do not miss the last segment and a half talking about Stefanie Lambert. She is an attorney who found phone chips on Dominion voting machines in Michigan. But you won’t believe how far Michigan is going to stop the Far Left’s election fraud from being exposed.

Republicans, you had better stop fighting each other. And find a way to unite. Because the Far Left has declared you, and America, the enemy. Which must be destroyed at all costs.

Listen in, listen up!

15-45 Discovery Begins | Oregon Lawsuit, James Comey Exposed

Show 15-45 Summary: What does the Russia Collusion hoax and Tuesday’s election have in common? The lies came from those doing the finger pointing. This week we learn what’s happening with Judicial Watch’s lawsuit against Oregon, to force them to clean up their voter rolls, as the crucial phase of discovery begins. And what’s been discovered in the James Comey indictment has special meaning to our second guest, Jerome Corsi. He was nearly jailed by Mueller’s tribunal for trying to expose what Hillary was up to. It turns out, he was right.

This Week – Getting to Truth

It’s true. People lie. And they cheat. But it’s especially dangerous for America when those people who do the lying and cheating are in positions of power. Because they’re not just sacrificing their integrity. They’re sacrificing America.

Think that’s exaggeration? Just look at the long-term damage James Comey, John Brennan, Obama, and Joe Biden did when they lied and cheated to create the Russia collusion hoax. Think of the incredible damage that did to America, our government, and our rights. Our government invented crimes. And were willing to destroy and jail people for  a “crime” they knew was fake.

Discovery Phase in Oregon Elections Lawsuit

But this week we start with Oregon elections and democrats’ willingness to cheat in elections. Oregon lost its case to throw out Judicial Watch’s election integrity lawsuit to force Oregon to clean up its voter rolls. So now the fun begins. We talk with Eric Lee about the discovery phase and just some of what they’re asking for.

And you can help. Have you received a ballot at your house for someone who no longer lives there? Know friends or family who moved out of Oregon—but still get ballots? Have examples of election fraud in Oregon? If you have information Judicial Watch would love to hear from you. Send an email to either jwinfo@judicialwatch.org or elee@judicialwatch.org.

New Discoveries in James Comey Indictment

Then we talk with Dr. Jerome Corsi about Tuesday’s elections, which really should not have surprised anyone. Democrats electing Democrats in heavily Democrat-advantage blue states? Yeah. Big surprise. But it’s the type of Democrats that got elected. That’s the disturbing part.

But the main focus of our discussion with Corsi is the James Comey indictment. And the recent discovery. Comey arrogantly denied he’d authorized any Russia collusion leaks to the media and tried to get the case tossed. Claiming complete innocence and that he never leaked and never authorized any leaks.

What he didn’t know was Kash Patel had already found Comey’s handwritten notes saying the opposite. And a fake email address Comey used to discuss the leaks with his leaker. In legal terms, that’s known as, “whoops.”

Comey is in big trouble And no one is happier about it than Jerome Corsi.  Comey was gone when Robert Mueller tried to jail Corsi. But the only reason there was a Mueller investigation was because of Comey’s lies and invented crimes. We get Corsi’s reaction and insights as a firsthand victim of our government’s attempt to jail the innocent.

15-44 How to Win (and NOT to Win) Oregon

15-44 How to Win (and NOT to Win) Oregon

Show 15-44 Summary: .When it comes to Republicans’ chances in Oregon for statewide races, they don’t need Democrats to defeat them. Because Republicans can, and all too often are, their own worst enemies. After Christine Drazan’s announcement this week that she is officially running once again for governor, there is already a slew of social media posts by Republicans saying they will never vote for her. Which is a great way not to win. So how do Republicans win? We talk with a long-time Republican consultant and a a recent “outsider” Oregon political activist to get their thoughts.

This Week – Can Oregon Republicans Not Kill Their Chances?

Republicans can save Oregon but they have to save each other first. And that means stop savaging each other in the primaries.

Primaries are different than general elections. In general elections, you are voting for who wins. In primaries, you are voting for who competes. You are selecting your team while the other parties select their team.

But all too often, Republicans—more so than the sheep-like Democrats who will vote for anyone (or anything) with a “D” in front of their name—savage and tear down the other Republican candidates in favor of their choice. They announce they will never vote for “the other guy” that their Republican teammates chose.  And proceed to savage the other candidates, tearing them down. And inadvertently planting seeds why no one should vote for them in the general.

Is it more important to win the election? Or that your candidate wins?

Don’t discourage. Encourage.

Republican “Insider” and “Outsider” Views

Christine Drazan officially entered the race for Oregon’s governor this week. (Which as no surprise. No serious person thought she wouldn’t.) Up until then, Danielle Bethell, a Marion County Commissioner, was the only legitimate candidate. But what immediately obvious was the hateful comments — not by Democrats. But by Republicans.

Danielle  Bethell’s campaign website – daniellebethellforgovernor.com
Christine Drazan’s campaign website – christinefororegon.com

We talk first to Greg Leo, a long-time political communications expert who got his start in the Reagan White House. He also spent a lot of time working within and for in the Oregon Republican Party as their communications director. Now, he’s a political consultant. We get his take on Christine Drazan entering the race, how to stop Republicans from spoiling their fellow Republicans’ chances, and what Republicans can do to actual win. That means wooing Democrats and non-affiliated voters. Could an actual conservative Republican do that?

Then we talk with Chuck Wiese, a conservative Republican. But someone who is not involved in Republican party politics. But Chuck is becoming more and more of a political activists, having supported and been part of multiple lawsuits against Oregon, focusing especially on election integrity.

We know Chuck is no fan of Drazan, base don how she ran last time. To get his vote, what does she have to do different this time? How can she prove herself to him—one of her biggest doubters? And can Republicans put aside their differences and preferences to focus on winning the general election?

Because Oregon really and literally cannot afford another Democrat governor.

This Week – Oregon’s Dirty Election Tricks

Just when you think we’re making headway on cleaning up Oregon’s voting rolls to get to a clean(er) election, you find out the Democrats controlling Oregon’s elections are pulling more dirty tricks than you realized.

This is the kind of things democrats can do when they get so much money for their ideological “non profits” — thanks to the taxpayers. Think about it. How much could you do to rig elections if you were “given” even just 1 billion dollars? Just imagine all the schemers you could hire. And invest it to keep it all going by living off the interest you earned. A never ending scheme machine.

Steps to Expose Fraud in Your Elections

We welcome Dr. Frank to talk about what he discovered Oregon is doing with its voter rolls to keep them dirty. While Judicial Watch is trying to make Oregon clean its voter rolls, the well-funded democrat schemers have already figured a way to get around clean voter rolls. Which is why Dr. Frank is in Oregon to help grassroots groups expose fraud in their elections.

The good news is, Judicial Watch won their hearing to get standing. Now the hard work begins. The first step in that direction is knowing where to look. And that’s where Dr. Frank comes in. Tune in to hear how what he discovered will give JW what they need to expose the fraud as they work to untangle the mess Oregon engineered.

This Week – Election Integrity Win — in Oregon?!

there have been multiple lawsuits to bring back some election integrity in Oregon. But, for some reason, rather than welcoming scrutiny, Oregon has fought every lawsuit and effort. “You can’t look” is not a way to build trust. But common sense Oregonians finally got a win.

We welcome back Eric Lee, the senior attorney for Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity Team, to discuss their big win in federal court to get standing, which means the case can now proceed against Oregon to force them to clean up their voter rolls. Oregon’s vo9ter rolls are the dirtiest in the nation. And they are so proud of it, they are willing to go to court to not clean them up.

But Judicial Watch just got standing for the Constitution Party in their lawsuit to force Oregon to clean up those dirty voter rolls. That means the lawsuit can proceed. We talk the next steps and a big one: discovery. What will JW be looking to discover and what can they look for?

Good Elections Matter

We see it on a national level. Good elections, where fraud is prevented, tend to have good results. And Trump is having great results. So we also talk with Chuck Wiese, an I Spy Radio Show fan-favorite, to share his experiences.

Chuck is best known as a meteorologist and fearsome global-warming debunker. But he has also become a political activist in an effort to save his beloved state. Chuck has been involved in multiple election integrity lawsuits but all of which have been rejected for lack of “standing.”

But now that Judicial Watch has standing, what will that mean? The good election results in 2024 where fraud was prevented, are having huge impacts on the Climate Change scam. Which means Democrats are losing money by the 10s and 100s of billions.

Democrat Governor Kotek refuses to give up racist DEI hiring policies (not even to fix roads), transgender, and a host of other woke ideologies. As a result, Oregon stands to lose $15 billion in federal funding.

Chuck talks about what are Oregon Democrats already scheming up to get around good elections.

15-29 Still Waiting | Oregon’s Dirty Voter Rolls in Limbo

Show 15-29 Summary: Judicial Watch sued Oregon to clean up its voter rolls, which JW called “the dirtiest in the nation.” Oregonians are not surprised by this. Oregon didn’t deny its rolls are dirty. But Oregon claimed JW and its clients had no standing and asked a judge to toss the lawsuit. That hearing was a month ago, June 18th. But the question is, why wouldn’t Oregon want to clean up its voter rolls? It’s the law for one. And voter fraud and election fraud have been proven. Those can only happens with dirty voter rolls.  We get an update from Judicial Watch on the status of their case.

This Week – Oregon’s Dirty Voter Rolls Lawsuit

Oregon has the dirtiest voter rolls in America. We’ve said before that Oregon pioneered 100% vote by mail; it should surprise no one if Oregon also pioneered (perfected) election fraud. Did they? It’s up to Oregon to prove otherwise. And resisting efforts to prove trustworthiness does the opposite. If you want people to trust election outcomes, then prove it by taking steps that would inspire trust. Not undermine it. Like taking people to court who simply ask you to follow the law and remove people from voter rolls who don’t belong there.

As it is, Oregon has created the appearance that the democrat-run elections division wants dirty voter rolls. Clearly, they don’t want to clean them up. Why?

But aside from undermining trust in Oregon’s election, Oregon’s actions have done genuine harm. Which is why the plaintiffs in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit deserve standing.

Judicial Watch Lawsuit

The hearing in federal court was held on June 18th in Eugene. The judge said he should have a ruling in a couple weeks. As of this writing, it’s been over a month.

When we scheduled to have Eric Lee, a senior attorney on Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity team, we assumed there would be a ruling by now. So instead we discuss broader legal issues to give you a better understanding of the legal issues around this case and how they are handled. Like, what can or can’t an attorney publicly discuss  while the case is being decided? Are judges influenced by public opinion?

Why it matters: Voter fraud and attempts to steal elections do happen. In Michigan, more than 164,000 fraudulent votes in the 2024 election were caught in time and prevented from being counted. Those fraudulent ballots were more than twice Trump’s 2024 margin of victory in Michigan, which was only 80,103.  See Michigan voter fraud link in show notes section, below.

Voter Rolls Hearing

We also talk about the hearing itself. Host Mark Anderson attended the hearing in person (you can read Mark’s take on the hearing on this Facebook post — give him a like and a follow while you’re there!) as did about 30 other patriots.

The entire essence of the hearing is whether or not the plaintiffs have standing to move forward. So we also talk with Eric about that whole “standing” issue. We hear it so often but what is it — and why is it? We also talk about what the state thought was its big bombshell — and what The Oregonian got wrong in its writeup of the hearing.

Tune in to hear why this case should be given standing for at least the Independent Party and move forward. What happens if there’s a nay? And what happens if there’s a yea? We talk about that last one. It moves on to discovery. But what will Judicial Watch be looking for?
