Endanger! Endanger, Will Robinson! Climate Change Backbone Yanked Out

Endanger! Endanger, Will Robinson! Climate Change Backbone Yanked Out

Air Dates: February 14th & 15th, 2026

Guests: Craig Rucker, president of CFACT, and John Charles, president & CEO of Cascade Policy

About This Episode

On Show 16-07 you’ll hear the massive news that the fossil media is hoping you’ll ignore. Because the Democrats and further Left have been making trillions off fake news and faked science. And the days of taxpayer-funded, compulsory tithes to the Democrats may be coming to an end.

What are we talking about? The Obama-era EPA rule, the endangerment finding, has been the regulatory backbone of so much of not just Global Warming regulations but the environmental movement’s cash cow, which funded Democrats’ broader operations.

Craig Rucker talks with us about this  huge news and what dominoes may fall because the endangerment finding’s plug is pulled. And find out why, unlike other deregulations, this one is extremely likely to withstand the onslaught of leftist judges trying to resuscitate it.

Then John Charles takes us on a discussion about what the end of the federal EPA’s endangerment finding means on a state level. Oregon is determined to go “net zero” at all costs. Literally. Elected democrats don’t care what it costs the state and definitely do not care what it costs Oregon ratepayers or taxpayers. You always have more money to give to the state, don’t you? And why with the endangerment’s demise, Oregonians might finally say, “NO.”

This Week – End of the Enviro Left’s Cash Cow?

This week on I Spy Radio, we’re peeling back layers of government overreach and fraud that’ll leave you ready to fight for what’s right. Especially since this victory could mean ending the far-left “environmentalists” billions of dollars of “free cash”—every year—courtesy of the U.S. taxpayers.

This path to victory all started years ago when we first teamed up with the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) in our very first year of being on the air. Way back in 2011 when we were just on one station. SLF is a fearless crew battling the EPA’s power grab. And one of their biggest targets has been the “endangerment finding”—the dodgy cornerstone of the modern “green” agenda.

The endangerment finding is an EPA rule based on pre-determined science that “found” carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gasses were a threat to public health. The rule was then used to mandate the transition to “green” energy. Windmills, solar, electric vehicles, charging stations, and the basis for net zero.

Over the years, its meant trillions for the far left. Your taxes have been funneled into clunky windmills, solar flops, and Far Left cash grabs (that conveniently boomerang back to Democrat politicians’ and activists’ coffers) all rest on this one flimsy rule. And it didn’t stop there—water rights gutted, timber harvests choked—all under the EPA’s ever-growing thumb.

Is the Endangerment Finding in Danger?

Yes! Now, Trump’s EPA is poised to torch this sacred cow of the Left. It’s a seismic shift, and SLF’s years of courtroom trench warfare might finally pay off.

We bring back Kimberly Hermann—SLF’s sharp legal mind and their executive director. Thanks to the Competitive Enterprise Institute prying loose the emails we now know what we suspected that very first show with SLF. That Obama’s EPA pre-determined the “science” for the endangerment finding.

This week, she’s got the latest on Trump’s executive orders, the endangerment finding’s shaky future, and the epic court battles looming as the Left scrambles to save its gravy train. Spoiler: activist judges won’t go down quietly.

Resistance Judges and that Autopen Controversy

Then, meet first-time guest, Hans von Spakovsky. He is a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation. With rogue judges gunning for Trump, Hans takes us inside the courtrooms of these activist federal judges and tells us what’s really happening. It’s even wilder than you think.

And that’s not all. Heritage’s Oversight Project just caught Biden’s White House crew using an autopen to slap Joe’s signature on official, legal documents. Pardons included. Legal fallout? We’re in uncharted waters, and Hans is here to navigate it.

Oh, and after two weeks of dissecting “clone voters” on I Spy Radio, we had to ask: has Hans, who runs Heritage’s Election Law Reform Initiative, heard of this? Turns out, clone voters are just the warm-up—Heritage has unearthed election fraud that’ll make your jaw drop.

Tune in this week. It’s a rollercoaster of truth you won’t want to miss—and yeah, Hans will be back. Count on it.
