Original Air Dates: Jan. 23 & 24, 2021 | Justin Danhof & Kimberly Hermann

It’s no secret that the American oligarchy of Big Business, Big Government, and Big Media hate Americans. At least the “wrong kind.”

What is the “wrong kind”? Republicans. Conservatives. And especially Trump supporters. Suddenly, politics is the new racism. And if you’re not in the correct party with the correct beliefs, you’re on the outside looking in. It’s not just an American oligarchy either. We all thought Biden was bought by China and foreign interests. And his first days in office confirmed just that as he weakened American energy independence and opened the door to more China and international influence in America.

Oligarchy is a form of power structure in which power rests with a small number of people. These people may be distinguished by nobility, wealth, education, corporate, religious, political, or military control.

American Oligarchy

Right now, the American oligarchy—the triumvirate of Big Government, Big Business (which includes Big Tech), and Big Media—seems indestructible. But like any three-legged stool, take out one leg and the oligarchy topples. And every oligarchy inevitably falls when all the little Davids use the weapons they have.

But what weapons do we have?

Legal Tools to Fight the Oligarchy

If you’re a conservative, you’re not only a “racist” but the victim of political racism. First they accuse of being a racist. Now they attack you with racist-style tactics. If you’re a republican or conservative or especially if you’re Trump supporter, they want you excluded from any level of politics. So much for diversity. They don’t want you in the building. They make broad decisions about you, claiming they know who you are and how you think, and want to exclude you just because you’re a republican or conservative or Trump supporter.

The “conservatives-only” drinking fountains are next.

But there are means to fight back against the oligarchy. Especially legal tools. Many people know about anti-discrimination HR laws like the ADA and Civil Rights Act, which prohibits hiring and firing based on race, sex, and religion. But most people don’t know that when it comes to politics, you can absolutely discriminate. Yes, the laws — passed by politicians — protect political discrimination.

Justin Danhof: The Free Enterprise Project

First up, we bring back Justin Danhof, General Counsel for the National Center for Public Policy Research. We wanted to have him back to focus the legal side of fighting back against Big Tech and Big Business.

The Free Enterprise Project is a program of the National Center for Public Policy Research. Their mandate is “to provide the liberty movement the missing ingredients for success.” Your donation will help keep them fighting for you.

We talk with Justin about what individuals can do to push back against the Big-Tech/Big-Business leg of the American oligarchy stool. Tune in to hear about individual actions you can take. And are there also class actions coming?

Kimberly Hermann: Southeastern Legal Foundation

In the land of the American Oligarchy, there are no end of legal battles to be had. And Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) is constantly out there fight for American rights and freedoms.

Support the Southeastern Legal Foundation. They are “dedicated to advocating limited government, protecting American freedom, and defending individual liberties”. They have taken on and won landmark constitutional U.S. Supreme Court cases. Help keep them on the front lines, fighting for you.

We talk with Kimberly about the endless executive orders, political discrimination, and the sickening and overtly racist “critical race theory” that they are fighting. SLF just joined a coalition of partners to drive critical race theory out of public offices and schools. And we get her take on the coming impeachment fight.

Does the Constitution even matter anymore?

Tune in. Learn. Fight back.

Air Dates: May 16 & 17, 2020 | Dr. Joyce Malcolm & Kevin Mannix

This Week: When we see a leader make a difficult decision to shut down an economy based upon the fear that millions might die, we, as fellow human beings, feel compassion and are willing to give those in charge the benefit of the doubt. In the face of a true, catastrophic emergency—like a tidal wave or earthquake—it’s reasonable to do so and most people want to do their part to pitch in and help.

But as the situation matures and it becomes clear that the actual outcomes are not as devastating as predicted, a responsible leader—looking out for the people—relaxes the emergency’s grip to ensure the peoples’ freedoms and liberties are restored as quickly as possible.  President Trump’s response has been nothing but looking out for the people, trying to protect them even though it sacrificed an amazing economy that had easily brought his 2nd term into his grasp.

The Constitution is at Stake

But not all leadership has the same philosophies or beliefs of restoring the people’s freedoms. In fact, some want to be overly “protective” (what some might call socialism) with the added emergency powers, and to put the people into a position where they are being treated as children, with no life choices because they, the leadership, know better. (What some might call fascism.)

What has been clearly demonstrated between the two choices is one understands the importance of liberty while taking precautions and acceptable risk; the other wants to safeguard their power while subjugating your freedoms. Your freedom is a direct threat to their power over you. These are the very struggles our Founding Fathers faced. And what about the rule of law to strike a balance between authority and liberty.

The Constitution vs States

With all the complexities of finding out how our Constitution interacts with states rights, the states’ Constitution, and statutes, we invite to I Spy a Constitutional scholar: Dr. Joyce Malcolm, a faculty member at Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, who’s an expert on the evolution of individual rights, especially during the American Colonial era. She has testified before Congress and has had her work cited in a Supreme Court decision.

We discuss with Dr. Malcolm the broader issues of the Constitution, and how its preeminence is being challenged in the wake of Emergency Declarations. Who really has the authority here? She describes historically if other situations have ever impacted the US in any way like Covid has, with rights stripped by stay-home and business shut down orders. Does our First Amendment rights supersede our governor’s power to take them away?

Governor Brown vs The Constitution

All that to set the stage for our second guest as we take a very deep dive into what states are facing with some governors’ overreach. A couple of weeks ago, we spoke with Oregon Senator, Dennis Linthicum. He told us the governor is getting around the Oregon Constitution by not relying on the Constitution. She is, instead, relying statutory power. But isn’t Oregon’s Constitution the supreme law of the land? And isn’t the U.S. Constitution even higher than that?

“The governor’s attorneys argue that the balance between the governor’s executive orders and the freedom to practice religion favors the governor.”

We speak with Kevin Mannix (of Common Sense for Oregon) who is one of the attorneys that represents churches and businesses suing Governor Kate Brown and her administration’s emergency orders to shut things down.

Incredibly, her attorneys have actually argued in their motion to dismiss, that her powers are greater than the Constitution. And that’s just the tip of what she’s said.

The Church Lawsuit in Oregon

Tune in to hear Kevin Mannix’s response and line of attack as he fights for church members to gather for worship as they please. Along with the fight for businesses who’ve been at the whim of the Governor, who deigned to allow some to remain open while closing others. Including churches.  Mr. Mannix talks about the lawsuit, it’s status, and what it means if their injunction is given the affirmative. Are there signs she is backing down?

Listen this weekend to get some very important answers.

This Week: As summer comes nearer, Americans are more than ready to come out of their forced, stay-at-home, quarantines. President Trump listened to the experts and encouraged states to shut down, but left the final decision up to individual states. Some, like South Dakota, never did, and don’t seem any worse than the others. While we were willing to walk in trust and give the benefit of the doubt to those in leadership, we agreed to stay home. But now it’s looking like the ones in charge are going over the top and turning into abusive tyrants simply because they can.

Oregon’s Unconstitutional Governor

This is especially true after we look at the result of the differences in governing. Governors have been left to analyze their own state’s status and make determinations on reopening plans. Some governors are hungrily releasing their hold activities and movements, while others seem to hungrily look at how to hold onto that newfound power.

The latter is clearly Oregon’s position. A governor who has given herself unidentified timelines to give “permission” to her subjects—business owners, hospital administrators, schools—when they might be allowed to resume their duties. This is an abuse of power if ever there was one. Now that she has the power, she doesn’t seem to want give it up.

FBI Withholds Evidence to Clear Flynn

Ronna McDaniel on Twitter re Flynn case and no media mentions
Why did Flynn’s innocence get zero mentions in the “media”?

And there’s the FBI, who decided they didn’t like giving up the power Obama had given them. Power to determine who was to be spied on, threatened, entrapped, and set up. Soviet-era Russia in the White House. Under Obama’s supervision, the FBI and CIA had all the room they needed to ignore basic rights in the Constitution and used “guilt engineering” methods to attack whoever they wanted. Such as a General Flynn, who likely became a target because going in to the Trump administration he wanted to audit the intelligence agencies. All of them.

The FBI Lied. Not Flynn

This week, we talk with James Hirsen, who wears his attorney hat for our interview and breaks down what these spy agencies did to set up General Flynn, and destroy his life. The agency heads were so convinced they were above the law they left handwritten notes of setting Flynn up. Mr. Hirsen talks about the trail of deceit, the break of trust, and the incredible work by his friend Sydney Powell — General Flynn’s new attorney.

Oregon: Where Tyranny Thrives

Then we talk with Oregon’s own, Senator Dennis Linthicum, who discusses the shear arrogance of Governor Kate’s orders, as she positions herself to destroy Oregon’s economy at a time when other states are opening back up. In a state where a new business sales tax were pushed through, not to mention an attempt to push through a cap and trade bill, Kate has proved that she not only loves big government, she doesn’t care about small business.

Tune in to hear how she’s placed herself above Oregon’s Constitution. Senator Linthicum gives us his take the source of her power and whether she can be stopped.

Air Dates: April 11th & 12th, 2020 | Dr. Bud Pierce & Pastor Jeff Poush

This Week: Oregon’s Corona virus lockdown continues, in spite of models that have proven consistently to be consistently wrong. Which leaves us to wonder, why is the corona virus lockdown still in place?

One of the questions that has truly troubled us at I Spy is, if we’ve spent billions on healthcare in Oregon and 100s of billions nationally, where did all that money go? Especially in light of how unprepared medical providers were for a crisis.

Does anyone remember when Governor Kitzhaber ran on the fact that “we must be prepared” — and then tossed Oregon’s healthcare system on its ear in in his grand “health care transformation”? But from all reports coming out of Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and media services, prepared has turned into an oxymoron.

Corona Virus Lockdown: Questions for Bud Pierce

In our Part Two interview with Dr. Bud Pierce, an oncologist and hematologist specialist, we take on the numbers. Numbers that are being put out by Oregon’s own OHA, along with those from the federal governments, that depend on models so very reminiscent of climate change models. Overblown and/or unreliable but designed to evoke responses from the public.

You might be interested in: Check out last week’s show with Bud Pierce & Scott McEwen: Corona Virus Numbers Overreaction? Plus: Intelligence Failure in China?

Are Corona Virus “Deaths” Reliable?

One question we have is about the deaths. Deaths that, according to CDC guidelines, are being attributed to COVID-19 even without tests to verify they did, in fact, have the virus.

Theoretically, according to the guidelines, if you committed suicide, and might have had COVID-19, then Corona virus could be listed on the death certificate as the cause of death. Thus adding to the total of Coronavirus deaths. Is this just a little odd? We talk to Dr. Pierce what protocols are in place for how corona virus deaths are counted along with other troubling methods being used. And do we do this for other diseases?

Listener Questions

We also wanted to have him back on to ask a question we’d wanted to ask him last week: What will we do next year when virus and flu season starts up again? Plus. We ask him questions from listeners who wrote in this week, wanting to know such things as the reliability of the numbers being used? Can the virus be transferred to pets? Has the curve flattened here in Oregon? And does he ever see a time when we go back to handshakes and hugs?

Corona Virus Lockdown’s Impact on Churches

Which leads us into the second half of our show, and the impact of Gov. Kate’s decision on large groups — especially churches.

With it being Easter weekend we brought in Pastor Jeff Poush of Salem First Baptist. During the pandemic when so much of our focus is on our physical health and the health of on our economy, what can people do for their spiritual health? We ask Pastor Poush the efforts his church is undertaking to support the spiritual health of their members during a time of physical separation and social distancing.

What If the Corona Virus Lockdown Continues?

We also discuss how the pandemic and ban on large groups has affected his church. And what if this continues? Are there concerns for churches regarding First Amendment rights? And how not gathering as a congregation may impact future events for churches? And, with it being Easter weekend, we find out some of the inspirational and exciting things Pastor Poush and his colleagues’ have planned for Easter morning service.

Don’t miss this informative and uplifting show. For Easter, it’s a time of renewal — and perhaps that’s the message to take to heart.

Show Summary: This week, it’s about who isn’t going to jail—but should be. We look at the curious case of Andrew McCabe and why isn’t he going to jail for lying to investigators—the same crime that sent so many others to jail. And just when you thought your opinion of the FBI couldn’t go any lower, it turns out they may have been more involved in spying on candidate Trump than previously known.

Original Air Dates: Feb. 22 & 23, 2020 | Scott McEwen & John Kiriakou

This Week: Will there ever come a time that we Americans will watch as the blindfold of justice slip back over the eyes of Lady Justice?  While this should be the hope of all Americans, sometimes it doesn’t feel like we will. Especially when we watch Inspectors Generals time and again recommend criminal prosecution against the Deep State—only have the Department of “Justice” decline prosecution.

So we’re left wondering—what it will take to actually see equal justice under the law? And we’re really wondering why Andrew McCabe (who lied to Congress and investigators) escapes prosecution—only to see the book get thrown at Roger Stone (who lied to Congress and investigators). Why the difference?

Is it really just as simple as a different justice for Trump supporters vs. Hillary supporters?

It’s time for a little venting.

The McCabe Case: Prosecutor v. Defense

Tackling that, we talk with Scott McEwen, co-author of American Sniper whose newest book, The Trigger Mechanism (book #2 in the Camp Valor series), just hit the shelves. Scott is also a “recovering attorney” who personally knows many in the DOJ, including some in upcoming prosecutions. He also understands many of the nuances of some of these trials—or non-trials.

Order Trigger Mechanism via Amazon, part of the Camp Valor series (also available from Amazon

So far, only Trump associates get prosecuted. But meanwhile, Obama or Clinton associates skate.  Scott analyzes the McCabe non-prosecution from a prosecutor’s stand point. For example, were there legitimate reasons not to pursue a clear case of lying? The very crime others have, in fact, gone to jail over.

And what about from a defense standpoint? Did McCabe have something to scare off investigators? Scott discusses the strategy behind these cases, and his thoughts of what’s left for McCabe.

We then take a fascinating look at the Coronavirus and what might really be going on in China.  The official narrative from China is that things are under control. Except there is simple, basic fact that may have revealed things are clearly not okay.

And of course, don’t miss the news on Scott’s new book, from his Camp Valor series and some of the exciting developments yet to come.

McCabe Lied – So Why No Jail?

Then we go to former CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou, who was one of those people who went to jail for lying to investigators. You can imagine he’d like to vent a little about McCabe not being prosecuted for lying to investigators.

John has some special insights into all of this. When he was with the CIA, John knew CIA chief John Brennan and some of the others that are possibly caught up in Durham’s probe. John gives great insight to how and why decisions were made and the legal problems some of these officers may face.

New FBI Revelations

He also gives us some very interesting background on Christopher Steele, who he worked with when Steele first worked as a foreign agent with the CIA. And, just when you thought your opinion about the FBI couldn’t get any lower, there is a new report that revealed some hidden details in the Inspector General’s FISA Abuse Report. Here’s a hint: the FBI was even more involved with spying on candidate Trump than previously known. Could this new report reveal the real reason why the FBI really fired Christopher Steele?

You’re not going to want to miss this one.

When you hear the term “American exceptionalism” it usually is used negatively. America isn’t great. America was never great. And so on. Just do a search on Google and you’ll be pummeled with negativity. “American exceptionalism is a dangerous myth” and so on.

But why is it that more “Little Americas” don’t spring into existence? Countries like Venezuela turn to socialism—and then fail spectacularly. Why don’t they instead follow America’s example? It’s not like we’ve hidden away our founding documents. The road map to freedom and prosperity is all right there.

American Exceptionalism

This week on I Spy Radio we look at why, in all the nations in the world, America is uniquely exceptional. And, oddly enough, Oregon is the unexpected example of what American Exceptionalism is all about.

Oregon? Really? How can that be you ask. Because right now the Far Left has taken over in Oregon with a super majority that has the ability to increase taxes regardless of what the other party or even what voters think. And since they won, it was believed by many that Oregon was lost, going completely Far Left. How is that an example of American exceptionalism.

It’s because of our ability to turn things around. To correct course. Because while the Left has taken over, there was an unexpected surprise.

Oregon Turning Point

About two weeks ago, a huge rally took place on the capitol steps that pushed back against the Far Left’s attempt to change this state for good. Or at least for a very, very long time. The D’s were prepared to force through a carbon tax over the objections of the minority party. But after thousands of people rolled up to the steps and rallied against the elected Democrats’ stance of ignoring the people about it via a vote—the politicians backed down.

Having been there personally, I can tell you it terrified the political Left. They’ve been used to steamrolling rural Oregonians. And now they’re rising up? Panic! And they buckled, cancelling (for now) the carbon tax scheme.

And with that, we tasted a very real example of American Exceptionalism.

Why America is So Unique

Since some have called those who pushed back against Oregon’s lawmakers “terrorists,” we wanted a deeper look at American Exceptionalism and what it means. Dr. Tim Ball has a unique viewpoint as a teacher,  historian, geopolitical expert, and climatologist to meld the Far Left’s desire to rid us of our individual rights and freedom of speech in their attempts to replace democracy with socialism.

The struggles of keeping American exceptionalism alive will always be a part of our life as the Left works hard to charm and deceive us into forfeiting our Constitutional rights that gives us inalienable rights, including freedom of speech and the 2nd Amendment.

Global Warming and Socialism

And deceive us they will. As AOC’s chief of staff, Chakrabarti (the same person who funneled $1 million from AOC’s PAC into two of his private companies), so clearly said this week: “The interesting thing about the Green New Deal, is it wasn’t originally a climate thing at all. Do you guys think of it as a climate thing? Because we really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.”

And there it is. That is why staying free takes so much effort.

And yes, that little revelation from Chakrabarti smacks of Agenda 21. (Maybe it’s time to do a refresher show on Agenda 21 and the origins of today’s environmental movement…?)

But tune in to find out more about what makes America so exceptional, why other countries don’t emulate us, and how Climate Change plays a role in all of this. And how, with some effort, Oregonians might finally start turning the tide.

Did you know…

This Week:  Reparations. A topic that isn’t on most people’s top-ten list of things America needs to do. But it’s a grievance issue. And the Democrats and their presidential candidates are pushing it into the spotlight, so we’re addressing it. But it’s also an issue that shocked people when told, if there is a forced payment, who should pay.

Democrats and their Reparations: Imposed Guilt

Reflection is what you see in the mirror. Projection is when the self-absorbed see themselves in others. The Democrats are obsessed with race. They think everyone else is too. And they think everyone else therefore must be a racist. Because when you see race in everything—you’re the racist.

And it is those far-left Democrats who piously sit in front of their microphones, sneering and condescending to those who didn’t agree with them—the almighty gifters of gifting freebies.

For decades these same Democrats believed that the gold dust shaken from their magic wand of government hand-outs saved the Black community from certain demise.  That if it wasn’t for the generous Democrats who slammed their fists and screeched “Racist!” into their mics to anyone who voted no to welfare handouts that these same poor Blacks would just curl up and die. (Do you see who’s the racist here…?)

Democrat Reparations: You need to Pay for our Guilt

Burgess Owens - is there collusion in the NFL? And Why?
Liberalism: Or How to Turn Good Men into Whiners, Weenies, and Wimps

Let’s be clear. Democrats owned slaves. Not one Republican owned slaves. None. So why do Democrats think everyone, including non-slave-owning Republicans should pay reparations? And ever since they lost the Civil War, Democrats have been trying to run Blacks’ lives. It’s an arrogant assumption. And a racist one. Arrogant and racist because Democrats assume Blacks can’t succeed without them.

But the Democrats’ arrogance didn’t go unnoticed as many in the Black community learned to grow from the dark days of slavery and replace that life with a life of excelling. Embracing freedom, they created families, strong communities, and a belief that if you worked hard and earned your own way it would break those chains of mental and physical slavery for themselves and the next generation.

As these men and women broke out of their chains and put the past behind them, the Far Left delved into techniques of Socialism and Marxism. The Left discovered that to gain and maintain power and control over others was by keeping the powerless dependent on them and their government giveaways.

Burgess Owens: Throw off the Chains of the Democrats

It’s these two dichotomies of thought that we see clashing on our Congressional floors fighting from opposite sides of the room.  Freedom vs. dependence.

Enter Burgess Owens, who through his testimony stood up to those who wanted to keep him and other Blacks dependent, needy, and powerless.

Don’t miss: Burgess Owen’s article in the Wall Street Journal that got him an invite to testify to Congress

Burgess, a long-time guest of I Spy Radio, has been all over the news this week. He made headlines when he shocked Congressmen by saying that it’s the Democrats who should pay reparations to the Black community. (If you missed his Congressional testimony, we’ll be playing some excerpts from it and there are some additional links below.)

Burgess Owens: It’s the Democrats who Owe my Race Reparations

On this week’s show, we talk with Burgess about how reparations, which he calls a Marxist idea. We also hear how demeaning it was to hear Congressional members push for a program that neither recognized nor applauded the life of excellence that he and other Black men and women have lived. That making life easier through handouts actually keeps people in chains.

Join us this week to hear his thoughts on why those who push for reparations are really the racists—and why at this time in history we might finally have them on the run.

Air Dates: Month # & #, 2019 | Guest(s)

This Week:  For many, the FISA court didn’t become widely known until after the 911 attacks as the public was sold the idea that the court was the way to keep track of terrorists who had infiltrated into the US or were planning to do so from other countries.  What you may not know is that the FISA court, along with all its secretive powers, was created back in 1978 under President Carter as a way to insure political opponents could not be spied upon (remember Nixon).

How is that working for you?

As with any well-meaning protection, bureaucratic protections can be used against you and at this time in history we seem to be experiencing an out-of-control government that abused the power of the FISA court under false pretenses in order to get Trump. Ironically, so far, these are the only crimes that are both known and provable. Not the Russian collusion or obstruction.

And that’s the key in our legal system. Not accusations, but whether the government can prove its case against you. It’s not whether you might have done something or are alleged to have done something. It’s whether the government can demonstrate that you did, in fact, do something. And that’s why Mueller could only resort to hinting and implying.

Mueller’s Parting Shot

In the wake of the Mueller Muddle and his parting shot, Democrats in Congress are still bleating on about impeachment.  The Senate is letting them hang themselves while they quietly work to get judicial nominees through their hearings.

So the Democrat Media (formerly known as the “Mainstream Media”) ignores the biggest story of our time — a massive abuse of power by the Obama administration against political opponents. But while they ignore it, it turns out the story and investigation is moving forward.

Origins of the Crime: The FISA Court

Enter investigative reporter John Solomon who has produced some of the deepest digs into the story exposing many of the who and how.  But for him the biggest question to date is still the when this all started. Why?

Because crimes involve facts. And dates and times are facts.  Such as, when did Mueller know he was investigating a non-crime?  When did the FBI know the information used to get the FISA warrants was false? When did the government attorneys get involved helping to investigate?  And when did Loretta Lynch sign the FISA warrants? And, believe us, there are many more questions regarding the when.

Answering those questions may at last bring about the criminal warrants to bring down those involved and start to heal the country.

A FOIA on the FISA Court

John Solomon has taken action and is working with Todd Young, Executive Director of Southeastern Legal Foundation, to get these answers directly from the FISA court. So is it possible government lawyers have already been quietly sanctioned or punished for their involvement? Todd gives us his take on the Mueller parting shot, the details to exactly what they’ve requested from the court, and insights into actions that the mainstream Democrat media refuse to cover. If you want to know where are the FISA judges and why are they silent, well, we ask that too.

This is a fascinating and insightful interview that you don’t want to miss.

James Hirsen on Mueller

Then we move into James Hirsen who dons his former-lawyer hat to rip into Mueller’s partisan hack job—and why so many are dumbfounded by Mueller’s upside down  and backward statements.  Only to issue a joint statement afterwards between Mueller and Barr’s office that he [Mueller] agrees there was no conflict between he and Barr.

The statement reads:

“The Attorney General [(Barr)] has previously stated that the Special Counsel [(Mueller)] repeatedly affirmed that he was not saying that, but for the OLC opinion, he would have found the President obstructed justice. The Special Counsel’s report and his statement today made clear that the office concluded it would not reach a determination -one way or the other- about whether the President committed a crime. There is no conflict between these statements,”

Could it get any more confusing? Join us this weekend and get a little clarity.

This last week, CNN, MSNBC, and other “mainstream media” outlets actually declared that Trump-Russia collusion was now settled. Because the lack of evidence for Trump-Russia collusion must mean that Trump really is a Russian spy.

Yes. No evidence is now evidence.

Although, strangely enough, so far there is more evidence for actual UFOs than there is evidence for actual Trump-Russia collusion.

Media Desperation over Trump-Russia Collusion Narrative Falling Apart

While it’s laughable that the dinosaur media now thinks that the lack of evidence is somehow now evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, the rest of us aren’t laughing. Think about it. Now just the mere accusation of a crime is enough for a conviction. If we think you did it, you must have.

But it’s worse than that.

Mueller’s Trump-Russia Collusion Probe

While the media can make itself a joke, they can’t actually put anyone in jail. But a corrupt “justice” system can. And that’s the danger here. A justice system is only as just as the people in it. Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein—would you trust them to be fair and unbiased? What about John Brennan? Or Clapper?

The thing all those guys have in common is that each of them have openly lied to Congressional investigators. So why aren’t any of them in jail. Isn’t that what we do nowadays? Jail people who lied to or misled investigators? Just ask General Flynn, George Papadopalous, Carter Page — or our guest this week: John Kiriakou.

John Kiriakou

John is very familiar with how the FBI operates; setting up the people they’re investigating. In fact, he’s previously said on I Spy Radio that the joke at the CIA was that the FBI couldn’t get a conviction without setting up their victim. Kiriakou, like others swept up in the Mueller probe, was bankrupted into accepting a guilty plea, despite being cleared by the FBI of any wrongdoing.

Don’t miss John Kiriakou’s latest book: Doing Time Like a Spy

We talk with John about the state of the Mueller probe (and we mean probe in the best UFO sense) and what it says about the Justice Department.

We also discuss some deeply troubling aspects of our Justice System that ought to be worrying everyone. Including—and perhaps especially—Democrats.

Yes, Democrats. Democrats should be deeply troubled about the Mueller probe.

The Real Problem with the Mueller Probe

The problem with the Trump-Russia collusion Mueller probe is straightforward. It’s an abuse of power to pursue your political opponents. John Kiriakou knows a lot about being a helpless target of an all-powerful federal government that is hell-bent on a conviction. John Brennan demanded Obama jail him, and he did — by bankrupting Kiriakou until he had no choice but to plead guilty.

It’s the abuse of power Democrats need to worry about. Why? Because if they permit the Mueller probe to continue despite the fact there is no evidence, then they are helping to set the legal precedent for Republicans to “investigate” a future Democrat president.

This ought to be the kind of thing that unites Americans. Against their government. This is the kind of abuse of power our forefathers fought for in the American Revolution.

Tune in this week to hear more about why Americans, all Americans, need to start coming together and how that can begin to restore trust in our own government.

Air Dates: Dec. 1 & 2, 2018 | Dr. Tim Ball

This Week:  Like you, we always find it interesting when a politician waits until after winning their election to roll out their plans if they get elected.  Such as their budget plans. Well, we warned you this was coming.

I Spy was concerned that if Knute won the governor’s seat, he wanted a carbon tax—and likely would get one. Why? Because Republicans in the legislature would feel obligated to pass it.  And we also knew that even though Kate Brown hadn’t let voters see her big plans to “save” Oregon from financial disaster, we warned you that if Kate won, we’d see a carbon tax, as well as a cap & trade scheme from her too.  She didn’t disappoint.

Stay with us. There is some good news in all this. But first the bad news.

Kate Brown’s Carbon Tax

With the election over, Kate Brown can finally be honest about how much she wants to spend. And about her plans for a carbon tax.

And, sure enough, just this week, The Oregonian ran an article about Kate’s sweeping budget proposal that names all kinds of new spending—about a 10% increase in state spending that will have to be raised through new taxes.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on global warming and science and carbon tax
If Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes in Global Warming, it must be true. Just like unicorns.

The shortlist of Oregon’s new spending: $2.2 billion increases for schools, a $375 million PERS bailout for schools, climate change, $50 million on homeless, and oh yes, a special fund to fight President Trump in court. She’ll have to find new creative ways to squeeze even more out of Oregon taxpayers and businesses.

That $2.2 billion doesn’t include other taxes already going up. Remember that Highway Tax Oregon passed in 2017? It’s set to double in 2019. A whopping $434 million. All told, it’s over $3 billion in new taxes. Oh, and that sales tax on healthcare plans that “wasn’t” a sales tax? That’s going up too.

And all that spending doesn’t even include dollar figures for the carbon tax she wants.

The Good News on Oregon’s Carbon Tax Plans

While the rest of the country has the enjoyment of less tax and less government in their lives, Oregon’s Kate Brown plans to heap more taxes and more government on Oregonians.  Has she mentioned any cuts?  No.

So what’s the good news in all of this? It’s all in the D’s lap.  They not only own it but will reap the consequences.  Blue states have been turned red for a lot less. Even deep green Washington rejected a carbon tax.

And that’s the other good news about the prospects of Oregon’s carbon tax. She’s likely not going to pull Republicans over to support a carbon tax. So all it will take is one or two Democrats who think a carbon tax (on top of everything else) is a step too far.

That’s why this week’s show is about giving you the information to help defeat a potential carbon tax.

To get a better handle on what a carbon tax is, how it works, and the propaganda to support it, we call in our climatologist expert, Dr. Tim Ball.

Do you find value in what we’re doing? Consider a gift to help keep us on the air. [wpedon id=”2365″ align=”center”]

Carbon Tax: What the Rest of the World Thinks

Living in Canada, Dr. Tim Ball has witnessed how Canada’s leadership is attempting the same thing—only not everybody is on board. Yes, that’s right. Even Canada is rejecting carbon taxes. Several provinces, including Canada’s most populous, Ontario, are rejecting Trudeau’s carbon tax.

How bad is it? The previous Ontario government was kicked out of office, and by huge margins, when the opponent ran on a promise of getting out of the carbon tax scheme.

Are you listening Oregon Democrats?

And look what happened last week in Paris.  There were literal riots in the street when people found out just how much gasoline taxes were skyrocketing thanks to Macron’s carbon tax. Somehow, you didn’t see reports of police using tear gas on their own citizens who were protesting Macron’s carbon tax. CNN must have been too busy reporting on tear gas being used on our border against invading illegal immigrants carrying flags from other countries.

It’s safe to say that worldwide, support for carbon tax is slipping.

A Carbon Tax Revolt in Oregon?

Could this happen in Oregon? Could we see the voters finally grasp what the Democrats’ plans are? And actually start to fight back? And, dare we hope, rise up against those Democrats force them back away from the brink—when the rest of the nation, and the world, are finally seeing the light.

Find out what you need to know on this week’s I Spy Radio. And then get your phones warmed up as the new legislative sessions starts this winter.
