We talk a lot about fraud on this show. There is the fraud of global warming that has stolen hundreds of billions  of dollars from taxpayers. A  few trillion,  actually, depending on when you start counting. And all of that fraud went to prop up Democrats.

We talk about voter fraud and election integrity. And of course there’s what most people think when they hear the word fraud. Financial fraud. And lately it’s been defrauding the government — Money stolen from taxpayers, from programs. And what that really means is it’s been stolen not just from the people who paid it but stolen from the people it was intended for it the people who deserve it.

Estimates are there is at least $600 billion of fraud committed against the federal government every year. 600 billion is enough to pay for the entire Department of Defense — the total compensation for the entire military — salaries, benefits, retirement and pensions, and even all the veterans programs. Exactly 600 billion in the president’s 2025 budget request]

But there’s a worse kind of fraud. Fraud in the justice system itself. It is so bad the very word “justice” feels fraudulent.

When people whose job it is to enforce the law but instead use government and its unlimited checkbook as a weapon to target a duly elected president, target his supporters, create false charges, try to jail people they KNOW are innocent, lie under oath. And use the “justice system” against anyone who gets in their way — from the president all the way down to everyday voters, who were trying to stand up for rights and to defend America. When that happens, there is fraud of the highest order.

Today’s show is about both kinds. The first half of the show we will be talking about fraud in the Dept of Justice and we’ll do that with Peter Ticktin. Then Jeff Eager to discuss fraud of the financial — stolen from taxpayers right here in Oregon — and what happened when he asked the state about it. Same disease, two different symptoms: no accountability.

More Details About Show 16-16 Fraud in the Justice System and Fraud in Oregon

his week, we are peeling back the layers on government corruption and the high-stakes battle for accountability in America.

First, we’re joined by Peter Ticktin, attorney and long-time friend of President Trump, who recently announced his bid for U.S. Attorney General. Ticktin argues that the DOJ isn’t just poorly-run—it is in a state of war. He’ll break down the “total-overhaul” required to fix a Department of Justice he claims has been used as a weapon by insiders. From the fallout of the Russia-Hoax to the urgent need for a leader who understands Trump’s legal hurdles, Ticktin discusses how to make the DOJ work again. Can there be real-world consequences for those who used fake reports to attack a presidency? Ticktin shares his bold-vision for justice.

Next, we dive into the world of citizen-journalism with attorney Jeff Eager. Eager’s investigation into Oregon Medicaid-fraud has caught the attention of Congress. He’ll walk us through his discovery of Uplifting Journey LLC—a company claiming to provide drug-treatment that reportedly housed Tren de Aragua gang-members. When fraud intersects with taxpayer-funded programs, why is the government staying silent? As a former-official and lawyer, Eager explores the mechanisms of institutional-failure. And don’t miss Eager’s take on exactly where he feels a lot of Oregon’s Medicaid-fraud is actually coming from.

15-38 Time to Stand | Free Speech – Rights and Lies

15-38 Time to Stand | Free Speech – Rights and Lies

how 15-38 Summary: You would think the Left would learn something from the murder of Charlie Kirk. But the only thing that changed was their delusion got worse. Requests for Turning Point chapters are exploding across the country but leftist administrators are telling kids they aren’t allowed. Except it turns out, that’s a lie. Speaking of lies, people in Oregon’s CD6 with a political agenda tried to recall the chair, claiming he had stolen money. In a shocking misuse of free speech, using innuendo and rumor they convinced fellow Republicans that Don Powers had to go. But after baring their knives, they failed to take out Caesar. So now what?

This Week – Free Speech

Surviving in the political world are no longer simply about winning elections. Now we saw someone murdered for their political beliefs.  In America.  The land of free speech. Trump’s attempted assassination was a fortunate, some say divine, miss.  But now Charlie Kirk’s death has shaken people on both sides of the aisle. Well, the sensible ones anyway.

Charlie connected with millions, most of whom never met him but felt they personally knew him.  And what we saw was how fiercely he was loved — and hated.

Imagine having a political ideology so weak that someone would kill someone because challenging your beliefs were a threat. Something is not just wrong with the assassin. But with their beliefs as well. If you are mentally unable to cope with challenges to your beliefs, something in your innermost soul is screaming out at you that your beliefs are wrong.

Defending — and Misusing — Free Speech

This week, we talk with Kimberly Hermann, the president of Southeastern Legal Foundation. A fantastic group that sues governments when they trample on people’s constitutional rights. After Charlie Kirk’s murder, Turning Point was absolutely swamped with requests for new chapters at high schools and universities all across the country. Over 49,000 last we looked.. Except, she is already hearing from parents that some democrat administrators are telling kids they are not allowed at their schools.

That’s a lie. Kids have a First Amendment right to start a Turning Point chapter. And if you or your kids or grand kids are being stonewalled by woke administrators who don’t want free speech on their campuses, contact Southeastern Legal Foundation. Despite the name, they take cases all across the country. Go here to submit a case.

But this week, it’s more than just using free speech. We also talk about misusing it. And government fumbles. Pam Bondi got it wrong saying the DOJ would “absolutely go after” people for hate speech. Hate speech is protected. (Sorry Lefties. “Hate speech” is not “someone said something I hate.”) But lies aren’t. We ask Kim hat can be done about the lies. Especially lies that lead to violence.

What NOT to Do: Oregon’s CD6

And lies and innuendo are what led to the attempt to take out the chair of Oregon’s 6th Congressional District. Regardless of party, some people crave party leadership positions like they are titled fiefdoms. And will do anything to get them and hang on to them.

That appears to be what happened in Oregon’s CD6. Don Powers, the chair of CD6, was approached out of the blue with the idea of holding an inaugural ball, because the Oregon Republican Party (ORP) wasn’t doing anything to celebrate Trump’s 2024 victory.Someone offered the “seed money” to get the ball rolling.

But in the rush to pull one together, book an event space in Washington D.C., a band, guests, and all the rest — in only about 60 days, communication broke down and mistakes were made. And despite a fantastic event, the rumor mill started, accusations were made. And it got uglier from there.

Those wanting Don Powers removed to take his seat unleashed a blizzard of accusations, despite a warning by the ORP’s own attorney to drop it and avoid any further liability. Lies are not protected free speech. That’s why there are courts. Nasty accusations were all over social media. Someone did a full background check, which was sent out in an email with a litany of accusations, citing the bylaws and he-said/she-saids.

But the accusations fell apart and Don won overwhelmingly. After the lies and accusations, how do you repair things as an organization? How do you have a working relationship to help Republicans win in 2026? Many Republicans believe the ORP has been infiltrated by Democrats.

Whether they are democrats or not, whether they meant to or not, this was destructive. And all for a volunteer political position. Wow.

This Week – Scott McEwen’s Take

No one can say Trump’s first 100 days were slow and uneventful. Executive orders undoing Biden’s damage. DOGE finding no end of democrat-led fraud, abuse, and corruption, pocketing billions of taxpayer dollars. Judicial activism like the country has never seen before. Restoring American energy dominance. Tariffs to force better trade deals. And now the latest revelation from RFK: Biden’s HHS Department was the “principle vector” for child sex trafficking in America.

No matter where you look, the Trump administration is impacting every day Americans. Which is why the democrats are so angry. And why the media has been spinning like crazy, with with over 95% negative news coverage of Trump, JD Vance, and especially Elon Musk.

Judges, Immigration, Revelations, and Prosecutions

Scott contacted us a few weeks ago that he had some exclusive news he wanted to share with our audience. Plus, he wanted to announce an upcoming book signing at a lifelong friend’s store in Aurora. (See details below.)

Scott McEwen is not “just” a bestselling writer. He is also a former trial lawyer and a fierce American patriot with a deep sense of justice and what is right and wrong. As a former attorney, he is deeply troubled what sees as judicial activism and its attack on our Constitution. The foundation of our legal system. But there is justice coming.

A Patriot’s Perspective

President Trump's Truth Social post about the impact of tariffs on income tax. Bad news for the Trump haters.
Don’t worry, Trump haters: You can choose to keep paying your taxes.

We start out with the extreme irony of NY Attorney General Letitia James — who prosecuted Trump for “real estate fraud,” claiming he had overvalued his properties to obtain a loan. Except it turns out Letitia is the one who committed real estate fraud to obtain a loan. (Always accuse the other side of that which you yourself are guilty.) According to reports, o get more favorable loan terms, she claimed on her mortgage application the home — in Virginia — would be her primary residence. Now, the DOJ is opening a case against her. And it could cost her her job. (Oh the delicious, delicious irony!)

Then we wade into judicial activism, immigration, and the stunning revelation at a Cabinet meeting. RFK Jr. revealed that child-sniffing Joe Biden’s HHS Department was, the “principle vector” of child sex trafficking in the U.S., acting as the middle man.

Remember, the Biden administration “lost” over 300,000 children during his four years as they pushed unaccompanied minors out of detention centers into America — and then lost track of them. We also get Scott’s take on the big reveal from last week: Peter Ticktin has recorded evidence of the real insurrection. Democrats in September 2020 plotting the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. Treason?

Epstein, the fake Russia collusion, insurrection, treason, child trafficking. How much more can we take and when will the prosecutions start?

Tune in for a great discussion you won’t want to miss. And make plans to see Scott in person on May 17th!

15-17 Deep State Just Got Deeper – Recorded Evidence of the Real Insurrection

Show 15-17 Summary: This is one of those shows that took unexpected, fascinating turns. And it is not one to miss. We’d invited attorney Peter Ticktin, a life-long friend of President Trump, back on to discuss his lawsuit challenging the results of Florida Congressional District 14, where they found evidence of election fraud. Thousands of mail-in ballots may have been cast by modified duplicates buried in the voter rolls. Enough to overturn the results. Except that discussion turned into a deeper discussion about the Deep State and what really happened on January 6. Tune in to hear the actual, recorded evidence Ticktin has from an informant who was there discussing the actual insurrection.

This Week – The Actual Insurrection

When President Trump first decided to run for president, the uphill battle wasn’t just securing votes, it was fighting off the Deep State. But now in his second term actions he’s made it his mission to root out the Deep State. Like DOGE investigating and exposing the fiscal abuses has proven the existence and depth of the Deep State. But as Trump continues to look, there is even deeper, hidden depths, including this week’s show topic: voter fraud.

But it’s even deeper than that. And there’s evidence. Recorded evidence from an informant. Recorded evidence from an informant

This week, we welcome back Peter Ticktin of the Ticktin Law Group. Mr. Ticktin, a life-long friend to President Trump (they went to high school together), has led many of the lawsuits that fought back against the Deep State attacks on President Trump.

We talked previously with him about his election integrity lawsuit which uncovered thousands of ballots cast by modified duplicates through mail-in voting in FL-14 in the 2024 election. But Mark’s conversation with Ticktin led to a very surprising discussion on Ticktin’s work on the J6 insurrection. And the proof that Ticktin has on just who actually did plan the insurrection wasn’t those who the government arrested.

Tune in to find out the shocking results and just how deep the Deep State is buried. And what they actually did.

There are a large number of J6 Defendants who were pardoned but who no longer receive their VA benefits, including medical care. They are still on No Fly Lists, Terrorist Watch Lists, and other forms of harassment and targeting. If you or someone you know are subjected to any of this or other harassment, contact Peter Ticktin. Email him at pt@legalbrains.com.
